request for refund

recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.

I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. I kindly ask for your understanding and request that the full amount be refunded.
