Always allow us to rearrange the screen For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam. Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening. If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening. We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech. I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom. There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom. It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.
