I use zoom for my office (https://onemetrik.com/), and for some reason, every new week starts and my virtual background goes away. i again have to add a custom virtual background.

I have a question about Zoom meetings. 

I chair weekly zoom meetings, Participants raised hands have always displayed in chronological order in both participants list and gallery….UNTIL - i purchased a new Microsoft Surface computer. Suddenly “raised hands” now display in random order in both participants list and gallery. I can’t find any setting to fix this. Any suggestions? Many thanks. Jean

How do you log in through your own zoom account as a cohost in another persons room?

okhere it isMy zoom meetings crash randomly for no apparent reason. The camera also turns off at will. I had no problems with Zoom for two years and now it is making my life a misery. I have reinstalled.I have updated.I have cleared the cache.I have installed the 64 bit versionI have checked the drivers.I have run all necessary updates on my PC. There is nothing left to do apart from cry.  PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP?

The Auto-Generated Closed captions are a very useful tool on meetings, and I know that we have the ability to save the transcripts. I would like to see an option to automatically save the transcript of meetings, differentiated based on whether I am a participant or host. Or at least a prompt. As it currently stands if I forget to save the transcript before I leave a meeting there is no way to recover it.  Tyler

ZOOM error code 5003   network errorI have been dealing with “can not connect network error 5003 for a year or more. It takes me multiple tries to log in successfully. Sometimes I get in within 5 mins of trying; sometimes it’s 15 mins.  I have reinstalled it many times. Today, I got fed up and did a lot of research. Too much to type it all here, so I will just give you what worked for me.  First, I uninstalled Zoom. Then I asked Google AI this question. “When I type zoom.com  in the address bar, Zoom comes on for a split second, then states 'site can’t be reached, error 5003. ' What could be wrong?  Try it, you’ll get a long list of things to do and to check. I have downloaded the windows version. When I tried to schedule a meeting the time format is in US mode. When I try to switch to the format I like, I am connected to myaccount page on the web. There the format is the preferred one.Using the settings on the windows app it directs me back to the zoom.us settings page. What can I do to have the same format in all platforms I am using my account? Thanks

Crashes during screen share. Only happening today. Both before and after current update installed. Anyone have a solution?

I recently upgraded to a pro account so that I could do in meeting polling. I created a poll outside my meeting which is already scheduled, but when I enter the meeting, there is no option to launch a poll. The icons at the bottom do not include polling, and when I click the more button, it only has livestreaming options. I cannot launch an existing poll nor can I create a new one. I have read and tried everything I can find int he zoom help files. been trying since yesterday.

Hi,I have a problem with the video quality of the Zoom meeting I have a pro version of Zoom. In the setting, I have enabled Group HD video and still, I´m receiving/sending only 320 x 180/640 x 360 resolution.  Video quality is like from 15 years ago, not even HD. Am I doing something wrong or is this quality normal?Internet is not the problem my internet is download speed is  Mbps 100, upload speed is Mbps 78. Laptops are connected on the same network and still have the same quality. 

I had a user try to join one of my Zoom meetings last week by phone only (dial-in) - that user does not have a computer or compatible phone - and the usual number and passcode would not let this user in. I checked all of my settings and everything appears to be turned on - I also am subscribed to the Pro account. What am I missing? When did this change?

Lately, whenever I start Zoom on a Windows 11 machine, it immediately opens my web browser to a Zoom shopping cart page, with Zoom Workplace Pro already in the shopping cart.  I have no interest in that product, nor in any product that is continually shoved down my throat.  I understand if you want to ASK me ONCE if I’d like to upgrade.  But to repeatedly open a shopping cart with a product already loaded into it without the user’s request or permission is really obnoxious.  How can I keep this from happening?

When scheduling a meeting on the Google calendar and using the “Zoom for Google Workspace” add-on to add conferencing, two emails get sent out. The second email indicates the part that changed was “conferencing”. Is there a Report that would provide Meeting Attendees, with Attendee User Full Registered Name, Contact details (E-mail and or Phone)? I noticed that our Report options for meetings located under:ADMIN > Account Management > Reports > Meetings > Only offers the following options: Registration, Poll  and Survey. We were advised to use the following report as a solution; ADMIN > Dashboard > Meetings (Tab at the top of Page) > Past Meetings (Tab) > Enter Meeting ID  > Search Is there a cleaner straight forward report available that provides the following in one combined report:Attendee Full Name ( instead of user nick name, short

I now have a white clouded border framing my display on Zoom meetings.  Can I turn it off?  If so, how?

I am a daily pro user of zoom and have hosted and recorded thousands of meetings in the past 5 years. So when I say this is unprecedented, I mean it. Twice in the past week, I have started a recording, checked it was on, reminded the users to click on the confirmation, only to end up with no recording at the end of the session. I know I'm not doing something wrong. I didn't suddenly forget how to walk through my very well rehearsed setup.  So what else is going on? Why the difficulty recording now? Is there a setting I need to fix? 

Hello,I'm having some troubles with Zoom. For Zoom meetings, we use two cameras on our laptop: one built-in and one Logitech. The inbuilt camera functions properly, but the second camera is quite fuzzy when switching. I tried it on Microsoft Teams, and it works well there. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

I used a simple script to find the current Zoom version number in the page "Release Notes for Linux" (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068973). Recently, the page has changed to be JavaScript heavy and the latest version can't be extracted from it programmatically (or at least, I can't do it). Is there some place where I can get the version number?I use it for later automation of installation of the client on several different machines.

We are a very small (30) member community group that uses zoom for some of our meetings to allow some elderly members to participate who are not able to attend in person.  We have one regular admin who sometimes cannot participate -- is there a way to have someone else be the admin on those occasions without having to purchase a second license?

Hola, necesito ayuda con algo.Cuando grabo en el zoom  prácticas con dos participantes de sesiones de coaching, en el zoom se ven los dos participantes porque los ponemos fijos, pero en la grabación no se ve la pantalla igual, no salen los dos sino cada vez que uno habla.  ¿cómo lo puedo cambiar? son una prácticas en las que en las grabaciones debemos ver a los dos  al mismo tiempo. Gracias
