Zoom crashing

here it is

My zoom meetings crash randomly for no apparent reason.

The camera also turns off at will.

I had no problems with Zoom for two years and now it is making my life a misery.

I have reinstalled.

I have updated.

I have cleared the cache.

I have installed the 64 bit version

I have checked the drivers.

I have run all necessary updates on my PC.

There is nothing left to do apart from cry.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP?

Hello,

Is this a paid account? Are you using the desktop app?

If it is a paid account, and if you are using the desktop application, the Zoom app can capture crash logs and open a support ticket which is sent to Zoom Support.

To report a problem in the Zoom meeting app, you can send a problem ticket. If you do not have an open request with Zoom, it's recommended to contact Zoom Support first. If a detailed analysis is needed, Zoom Support may provide a special troubleshooting version to install. After installation, replicate the issue and retrieve the logs as directed. Ensure you are using the appropriate version of the Zoom desktop or mobile app, as specified in the requirements.

Thank you so much Frank. I contacted Zoom support repeatedly via the Virtual Assistant and it did not give me any of the advice you have done. I have updated the desktop app. I have also uninstalled and then reinstalled it. Nothing is working. I pray they will sort this out.
