I know a lot of people hate full screen mode, and googling for information on Zoom and full screen are filled with people trying to figure out how to get out of full screen mode. My problem is the opposite. I love full-screen mode. I'm on a Mac, and "full screen" goes onto its own space/desktop on my monitor that I can three-finger swipe to and from. Especially when screen-sharing, full screen mode allows me to see the shared screen as large as possible with minimum extra "chrome" around it. I have Zoom set to "Enter full screen when starting or joining a meeting: checked" and "Window size when screen sharing: Fullscreen mode". This used to work great. Zoom would start fullscreen, when someone shared it would stay full-screen, when someone stopped sharing it would stay full screen, etc. Sometime about a month back, all my Zoom settings got reset to defaults (no idea why), and even af

I am developer in edtech company. our company provide support for online classes to tutors and learners by zoom. I can see captured events log for a meeting that has recording started/stopped events. but fetchRecordingAPI is giving response code 3301 with message The recording does not exist.the meeting happened on 21st may and user's doesn't have access to delete/update. Is there any possibility to get the recording back from zoom side.

Hi, I've been using ZOOM for 3 years to schedule meetings.  Suddenly (?an update? where I added my contacts, perhaps), I can no longer find the "copy invitation" button that has been working great for me.   It used to pop up after I saved a meeting.  I am at a loss.   How can I copy the invitation for use in emails, reminders, etc.   ( the chat bot was hysterically unhelpful)

While sharing my screen, I want to share the audio from a video I am playing but I want to mute my mic's audio. How can I do this?

I am extremely frustrated with Zoom's video recording features. I have my meetings set to record in HD. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. I never can tell whether they are recording in HD until I go back to video the clips later and discover that my entire session is unusable because it was recorded as a low resolution file.This is mind-numbingly frustrating because I do not change settings, I am wired directly to a very fast network, and yet, Zoom cannot seem to record anything greater than 640x360.If anyone has any solution, I would appreciate it.

I use outlook as my calendar app, and we have integration to zoom. But I have tons of "all my all day meetings" that use my screen (usually vacation notice and holidays), and I need to keep scrolling on zoom to find my next meeting to join. Is this possible to hide all day meetings in the client? And past meetings (on the current day), can I hide them?    

I have an issue with one user that when they share a screen during a meeting the participant can't control the screen; the mouse will move but mouse clicks don't work.It works fine from my machine, with my account and theirs, but I can duplicate on multiple machines It does work on their account/machine when sharing the system, but not the screen. Thoughts?

Please someone help me. Zoom used to work so well for me on my tablet. Now I cannot share screen, annotate, nothing accept for video chat. What has happened? Ive uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but makes no difference.  Has this happened to anyone else? I pay through monthly fee and I teach online, please help I'm totally stressed and cannot work.  I'm on a Samsung A9 tablet.

Hi there,There is a user who was deleted about a year ago, off an account I am now on, and it appears this user had set a reoccurring weekly zoom meeting that no longer goes ahead. However, we cannot remove the meeting as it was set up by the deleted user.How do we remove the meeting?Much appreciated. 

Spent a frustrating few hours trying to get the zoom workplace client able to get a network connection - and missed my music lesson as a result 😞  After reinstalling the zoom client and trying various network tweaks I stumbled upon the solution which is to disable iCloud + private relay (which routes internet traffic through some Apple proxies I think). Is this a known feature or bug as all was working until recently. MacOS 14.5, Zoom Workplace 6.0.11 .

I recorded a meeting today to my server (not the cloud).  how do I get the transcription of this recording?

Hi, I have been recording audio from zoom meetings to the cloud for quite a while and have never had this happen until now. With one recording, all participants' audio recordings were garbled and even had parts dropped out. I listened to the conversation live, and there were no issues. The issue occurred with all participants, though at different places in the recording. I would really like to avoid this in the future, as it makes the recording useless. I have checked my settings and they seem fine and have worked fine in the past. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on how to prevent it?

I would like seek any possible way to look for the missing part of the recording. The internet was not really stable. There was a 6 hour session and needed to be recorded. However, there were only 4.5 hours videos. I did not realize that the recording stopped for the last one hour.....I recorded to the local computer...... I am desperate to find the solution to get back the last hour video. Is there any way I could do? It is very important lecture for the exam... @RecordingIssues 

I use a GoPro Hero 13 Black (set to 5.3K resolution at 60fps) connected to my MacBook Pro through an HDMI Video Capture dongle (USB 3.0).  My recordings come out at around 1760x900 but, despite having all HD settings enabled both in the website settings and the desktop app, the files are extremely compressed: the image appears choppy and the audio quality is low.Could you please advise if there’s a way to improve recording quality (less compression, clearer audio/video) on my current plan? Is true 1080p (or better) recording with higher-quality encoding available, and if so, under which plan or settings? I have a paid subscription.

I am a first timer with Zoom. Created account. If I will be joining a meeting, not creating a meeting, do I need to make a monthly payment?

I have viewed several videos with this question and they all point to accessing my audio profile under settings. I don't see/have it. Only options I appear to have are Telephone audio and Computer audio. That's the extent of my audio settings. Right now when we livestream, the music is choppy and/or nonexistent. The regular voice audio streams very well. What might be the issue and how can it be fixed if I cannot access an expanded audio profile? I have clicked my picture, gone to settings as instructed, but do not see what the instructors are pointing to.

since I think 2 or 3 updates ago, zoom workplace keeps freezing my camera in the middle of a meeting, and then progressively getting more and more locked up until eventually it crashes. possibly happens sooner if i screen share, but haven't actually measured.i dont get any error codes. nothing else crashes.i use zoom with clients for work so this is very frustrating.

Running into an issue trying to get Zoom setup to work with Intune. I have Zoom Workplace for Intune setup and the enterprise app setup for it as well. I also have an app protection policy setup that requires the use of a managed browser. The initial Zoom for Intune sign in appears to succeed without issue however it then asks for a second sign in. This sign in shows up as "Zoom Social Login" in Entra Logs. The issue is that this sign in tries to use Safari on iOS for the sign in which is not a managed app and fails the sign in due to the App Protection Policy. Has anyone else run into this and found a way past it without allowing sign in from any browser? We did try changing the default browser, but that does not seem to change the sign in browser.

Linux Zoom client up to 5.15.12 worked fine on Linux Mint XFCE using the screen scaling XFCE provides for 4K monitors.  Version 5.16.0 now shows up VERY big and the usual fixes of adjusting zoomus.conf values of AutoScale and ScaleFactor will not make it any smaller.  ScaleFactor will make it bigger still.  If ScaleFactor would accept a fractional value (like 0.5) the issue would be addressed.  It only appears to accept integers. Something changed between 5.15.12 and 5.16.0 that has broken the image size.  I've been waiting for a subsequent update to address this, but nothing so far. Suggestions?

I manage our church's Zoom account.  We use the Restream.io service to live stream our Zoom sessions to Youtube and Facebook.  Restream provides a custom stream key to plug into the advanced In-meeting settings so that starting a live stream is a quick click of a button ["..." --> "Custom Live Stream" ].  Lately, when clicking the button,  it stalls for about a full minute and then times out.  A link is provided on the screen to go to the live stream settings.  On that subsequent screen, which I am unsure how to navigate to on my own in any way, I can see an outdated stream key in the "Stream key" field, but a banner on top of the screen that displays the current, updated key.  I have to then copy and paste the correct number from the banner, and the stream then kicks off properly.   The old key is persisting somewhere, despite it being updated in the settings.  I am using the latest version of Zoom, updated today.  This issu

I got several users who cannot join to a meeting or login to their Zoom client. I got an error code for unable to join meeting (Error 5003). The login attempt, there is no error code but just a message "It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again". It only happened to 3 users out of 20.  2 users with login issues are on windows 11 and the 1 user who cannot join a meeting is on windows 10.  They have no proxy enabled on their PC and there is no firewall block rule for Zoom. I have also changed the DNS address to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 but no luck.  All the users are on Zoom 5.16.10. Is anyone able to provide me with some insight?
