My Zoom account has been stuck showing “Offline” for several days.Both I and my contacts see each other as offline, and my status cannot be changed manually.I have already tried the following steps, but the issue persists:• Signed out and signed back in• Selected “Sign Me Out From All Devices” on the web• Uninstalled and reinstalled the app• Restarted my device• Checked both Wi-Fi and mobile data connectionsDespite all of this, my account still shows “Offline” and I can’t join or host meetings properly.Even when I try to manually set my status to "Available" from the status settings, nothing happens.When I log in through the Zoom website, I see a red message next to my profile that says "Not connected."Does anyone know how to fix this?I really need this resolved before Thursday afternoon, as I have to use Zoom

I have an android Samsung A13 phone and have been using zoom everyday no issues.  Then suddenly 3 days ago zoom stopped loading the meetings.   When I click on the meeting link, it just rolls around in circles and then times out with this error code: 11028000 Steps I have already taken to troubleshoot with no success:Uninstall and reinstall - did that about 5 times Go to zoom app and allow microphone,  camera, battery to run as long as needed,  allow notifications - none of these made a difference  Connected to a different wifi on my phone to test the connection, not an issue with the connection, something with the zoom app Turned phone off, made sure updates were good Tried to manually enter a zoom meeting ID to get into the meeting - didn't work Tried to contact zoom support but I have a basic plan so they won't connect me to live s

I added a question that people must answer when they register for a meeting but it's not showing up when I view the registrants.

I want to continue to have Otter Notetaker on my zoom call but want to eliminate it from the participant view.  How can I adjust settings to accomplish this? 

Have tried everything - camera will not connect - gray screen with camera and line through it - can anybody help . . . ?

There really needs to be a way to exclude certain participants from being counted for breakout room assignment.

Hi.I'm a bit confused about the zoom apps. I have to take an admission test for my university, and they asked me to download Zoom. However, I only can find the app "Zoom Workplace", and not the app "zoom client for meetings". Is Zoom Workplace the new app that also includes Zoom client for meetings? If not so, where can I download the second one? Because in the download area I can only find ZOom Workplace.Thank you in advance.

I work in a large multi-institution scientific collaboration (LIGO scientific collaboration ). We are organized into   groups/teams made up from people from around the world. The teams that I am on have meetings very week with rotating chairs from different institutions.  I wonder if there is a way to allow co-chairs from different institutions to control a meeting without having to log in/log out and assign co-host each time. Access to meeting recording and AI notes are also an issue. This allow one meeting coordinatesa to be put into peoples calendars and makes it easer when the person who created the meeting can't attend. This is a convenience issue not one of capability.

Zoom automatic paused screen sharing when I shared YouTube and made it full screen.  And I can not turn it off.  But sharing was continue when I restore YouTube.  Why?

If I start a meeting on Workplace, it doesn’t open for anyone and shuts down on its own. This happens not only to me but also to others. Is there some problem with Zoom?

Hi there fellow zoom users,Today I had to abandon a meeting and switch to another platform, because when I started the meeting the system shut it down displaying ~ 5second timer notice. Participants saw an Invalid meeting ID message. Have never encountered this before. Is there an issue with zoom today (20 October 2025) others are aware of, or why is this happening with no change in settings or meeting setup approach? Once I finished the meeting on the other platform, I came back here and tried to set up another and got this message:Invalid meeting ID, (3,001)Appreciate any insights to what is going on.Thank you

Donde puedo obtener un informe de lo que ha ocurrido en zoom entre las 9:30 y 10:15 de la mañana de hoy día 20/10/2025 en la zona de Madrid. Las reuniones que debían iniciar en ese rango horario no permitían el acceso y además no permitía crear reuniones nuevas. ? 

I'm trying to start a new zoom meeting and it is not starting. I have spoken to one other person and they are having the same problem. Is there a problem with zoom at the moment?

Ysterday was recrding there and today is not even in trash. It there any possibility to recover it?

I can't access to any recording and suddenly they are gone altogether.  They don't exist in even trash folder I could access to them and they existed till yesterday. Please help ASAP it's an emergency, I have to send them to my clients till today

Hi, Is anyone experiencing the same problem.  I cannot find any recording in my admin page.  

I am using the Zoom free services that once included surveys. I no longer see a survey management option and all my surveys have disappeared. Please advise.

I have reported this problem for numerous times but there is no any customer support or solution given. I subscribed the Pro Account since last April, it's really annoying and unsatisfying as I have to CANCELLED the meetings I scheduled before! Please solve this issue as soon as possible before I completely disappointed in ZOOM!
