I use Zoom on two devices. As I use two devices, I quite often get a trigger email thinking I am not bona fide, and will send a verification email to an email account I cannot get on my second device. Is there a way of using an authenticator app to verify who I am, rather than using email?Thanks.

I use Outlook calendar. I also use the Zoom Plugin in the ribbon to send an invite out for my Executive. When I try to reschedule the meeting, it moves off the calendar for a few seconds and then pops right back to the original time slot. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how have you fixed the issue? If I use a different Zoom plugin, mtgs will move normally, but I have a ton of mtgs I have booked on the calendar using the original plugin and need to be able to move them when necessary. 

Hi,I have an event coming up and I want to have two video options recorded - 1. Speaker view 2. Speakers side by sideThere will also be a gallery of participants who will have the option to interact with the speakers but we do not wish them to be seen in the video, only hear their voices.i checked the boxes record speaker, gallery and shared screen. I next unchecked the gallery option, however, we got one video which was great and switched from speaker to speaker, but the other was full gallery. Both speakers were made host and co-host and we also pinned them.What else do we need to do to avoid showing the gallery of participants? spotlight? thank you 🙏 

When the internet works in my classroom, I have found it convenient to start a meeting (which only I attend), share my screen, and record the presentation.  I then upload the recording to a university course website, so students who missed the lecture can hear it while seeing the slides.  My only problem is that I am in a class room with unreliable internet, so I often don't have an internet connection, and I can't start a meeting through my normal process (open zoom, click start a meeting).   Is there anyway to start a meeting without an internet connection?

I'm creating a meeting. I pasted the attendee emails into the Attendees box and pressed Enter per the instructions, but only the first one shows in the box. Then when I went to Edit, there was no list of attendees at all. How do I see the full list of attendees? Suggestions: On the page for creating a meeting, make the Attendees box behave like a normal text box, so when the user pastes a set of email addresses, they all show in the box. And on the Edit page, include the list of attendees!!!

Before I updated my Zoom yesterday 9/29/25, there was an option to send an email to the invited participant to join the meeting. Now, that option to connect with my email is not showing. In the past, a window would pop up for me to choose Gmail. Now, I do not get that automated option. Please help me reset this automated populated email with the zoom link to invite the participant to join the Zoom Call. Thanks,

I currently have a free account. I recorded a meeting in the cloud, but unfortunately I don't have a cloud capability because my account is not upgraded yet. If I upgrade now, can I still access my recording, even though it was made when I was on a free account? 

At least three times this month, I have had people unable to join my Zoom meetings due to needing a passcode. Each time, the setting for Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode had been turned on. I did not turn this on. I have the waiting room enabled, so that should cover complying with the Security Guidelines.  Every time, I have to manually go into my settings and turn Personal Meeting ID (PMI) Passcode off.  This is a big problem for me as I have weekly recurring and monthly meetings with 10+ people. Is anyone else dealing with this?

I have a blue background that I cannot disable. I've looked at other responses to a similar issue but it hasn't worked. I have uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it and that doesn't help either. When I look at background settings, it shows NONE as the selection and I cant do anything.

Hello I am trying to find how to do something, and wondering if it exists within Zoom or as a third party add on.We use Zoom at my church.  Our main services are mostly in English but we will have a prayer or two in French, or sing one verse of a hymn in French.  We also have a multilingual Taizé service where we switch among 3 or 4 languages throughout.  The multilingual content is generated by the same speaker, not different speakers.  But captions for French text are coming out garbled.  To make matters worse, when we livestream to YouTube and the recording is saved there, the Youtube captions might not match the Zoom captions.How can we get Zoom to offer English captions on English content, and French captions on French content, from the same speaker?  Every example I've looked at assumes each speaker speaks only one language.I dunno if I can post an example, but if it's ok I will post a URL

When I try to download my videos from zoom, It will start downloading but then stop and won't download the file.

Zoom audio can be excellent, near enough programme-quality hi-fi if we choose appropriate 'music' settings and if every participant has a strong web connection.   But... once a meeting is underway, sometimes at short notice,  we don't want to go faffing back for audio adjustments in the startup frame do we?     To be certain our audio is going out okay (and we are not yet again muted!!!) a simple level-meter UPFRONT would be just great.  It would also indicate whether or not any track etc that we suddenly need to play in will actually be heard.  Time and again my audio colleagues, and myself, have been tripped up by that.Meter would ideally be scaleable from very small to huge, and of course it would be possible to hide it.Could someone here lean on those clever Zoom coders? 

Hi, I have been using Zoom since Covid-19.  I found the recent update to be pretty impressive, 12 months ago.  However, I found there wasn't much to talk about sharing PowerPoint with a guest speaker.  I used my organization's paid account to try to figure it out.  However, I tried the Zoom Learning Centre and my favourite YouTube.  No one seems to talk about this.  As a host, I want to interview my guest on a screen (stacking up as a column with me and my guest, then, on the right-hand side of the screen, my guest speaker could present his/her PowerPoint slide.  Have I missed anything about using the most updated ZOOM (meeting or Webinar)?    I know that OBS could do it, but it is another layer of work that Zoom could have easily had.  Maybe it does have that function.  Thank you for your kind contribution.  Wai Chow

We’ve just moved to a new location and upgraded our internet to a much faster connection — 800Mbps download / 40Mbps upload (previously 100Mbps / 20Mbps). * At our previous location, Zoom ran perfectly on the slower connection — no issues at all with video, audio, or screen sharing.* Now, with much faster internet, we’re suddenly experiencing constant “unstable network” errors on Zoom. We’re running daily Zoom sessions with shared video and sound, and the connection keeps dropping, lagging, or freezing — seriously disrupting our work.* No issues with any other platforms or general internet use — only Zoom is affected.* We've tried all the usual fixes: restarting modems/routers, switching between wired and Wi-Fi, testing different devices — nothing works.

If a Zoom meeting ends and you are redirected to the Zoom ‘Post Attendee’ page, does this mean you have left the meeting and can no longer be seen or heard by the other participant?

SOS!! I'VE WATCHED VIDEO'S AND  YOU TUBE VIDEOS ON HOW TO  INSERT A VIRTUAL BACKGROUND!! I have followed the directions, but still not successful. Specifically, once I hit settings none of the options the video's tell me to look for appear!! I am in a new position and really need a professional corporate virtual backgroundI am wondering if my "basic" plan needs to be upgraded to a more expensive plan. Or perhaps I have the wrong version of Zoom. Can't get a "person" on the line via Zoom to help me with this. #frustrated 

Hi everyone  As I'm not really fluent with technical specifications, seeking help if anyone can please advise why there's no virtual or blurred background on my zoom app (my account is basic) even though I've enable the virtual background setting in my profile. My device is Redmi Pad 2 the 8GB Ram versionhttps://www.mi.com/global/product/redmi-pad-2/specs/ I've asked co-pilot to compare with android requirements listed here https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060007 And co-pilot says my device is compatible with the requirement.. or is it actually not?? Zoom app version is 6.6.0.33360. Thanks!

Hey everyone, I've been encountering a recurring issue with Zoom for Intune recently, and I'm wondering if anyone else in the community has experienced something similar. Whenever I close and reopen the app, Zoom for Intune asks me to sign in again, despite having signed in previously. Additionally, I've noticed that the app doesn't provide an option to use Face ID for authentication, which would be more convenient. Has anyone else faced these challenges with Zoom for Intune? If so, how did you address them?

On some of my Outlook appointment reminders for Zoom meetings, I have a 1-click "Join" option right on the reminder.  On the ones that don't have this Join button, I have to open the appointment and click the link in the body of it.  Is there a way to add the 1-click Join option right on the appointment reminder?

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue where, every time I share my screen in a Zoom meeting on my Mac, I get a recurring pop-up in the Control Center. It says something like, “Your screen has been accessed X times by Zoom in the past 30 days,” and confirms that Zoom is currently accessing my screen. I understand that this is a security feature, and I have already granted Zoom the necessary permissions, so I’m okay with it accessing my screen. However, the pop-up keeps appearing every 10 seconds, making that part of my screen unusable. This is extremely disruptive, especially when I need to work on something while sharing my screen. Is there any way to disable this notification? Has anyone else experien
