I have the Zoom program and it works well, but I have a problem, which is when I create a future meeting, it does not appear in the calendar. Only meetings that have already taken place appear in the calendar. What should I do to be able to see future meetings in the calendar?

when hosting a zoom meeting with an iphone 17 pro and the audio is coming from the church's audio system via a 3.5 mm line, the voices are find but music cuts in an out.  I want to turn on wide spectrum on the phone but it is grayed out.  On a iphone 12 there were no problems.  I have original sound selected in zoom but I think the phone is filtering it.  Thus I want to select wide spectrum in the control panel of the phone. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We have hundreds of T14 and T14s Lenovo models ranging from Gen 2 to Gen 5 modesl with Intel I7's and integrated Intel HD/Xirus graphics.  We've been seeing an uptick in more users experiencing locking up/freezing/rebooting on our deployed windows 11 24H2. Earlier this year we had to have people switch to Direct 3D9 on there zoom settings and or disable hardware acceleration as we were having a variety of issues with our Generation 5 Intel T14s being very unstable with zoom.  however, it looks like the more recent Zoom Workspace no longer allows users to change those settings and we are now having an uptick in more crashes/blue screens/random restarts on our Generation 5 Intels with i7 Pro cpus.   I came across this post indicating that Lenovo is at fault due to drivers from Intel?  I would really like to know Zooms stance on this, not just pointing the finger at Lenovo

Had a recent update to Zoom app on Samsung Tab A7 Lite tablet; the meeting room no longer shows media controls... | symptoms | - 'Always Show Media Controls' is 'ON' in settings- Before joining a meeting the preview screen shows the media controls; once meeting is joined, no media controls are visible- - Tapping anywhere / everywhere on the meeting screen results in 'notta', no media controls- - Only way to show media controls is when entering picture-in-a-picture feature by selecting the Samsung Android Recents Button and selecting Zoom | actions taken |- 1) Rebooted tablet = notta- 2) Cleared Zoom cache = notta- 3) Uninstall / reinstall Zoom app = notta Thanks in advance for any support provided... have a great day  

I'm posting this for a friend who has a problem with Zoom on her Samsung Android tablet.  The controls have disappeared and don't appear when she touches the screen meaning she can't change to gallery view nor put her hand up to answer during a congregation meeting, it's been like this over a week. The Samsung tablet is fully updated (and strangely her daughter who has the same tablet doesn't have this issue), and we've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom from the Play Store. Any ideas on what else we can try? BTW this is in the UK. Cheers

I have a brand new Google Pixel 10 Pro XL. It has 16gb of RAM and runs Android 16. Zoom app version is 6.6.5.34303 (Oct 20, 2025). The chip is a Tensor G5 (arm64) and GPU is Imagination PowerVR DXT-48-1536. It appears that the blurred background feature is not available. Following the instructions in the support documentation here, I expect to see "Backgrounds & effects" on the menu, but it's not there. The system requirements give specifics around certain chips that are supported. My goodness, I hope somebody can help me here. I'm trying things that I've spent 3 hours reading about and already tried. I have been using zoom for fitness/yoga/nidra classes for 3 years no problem. I got a new IMAC this week to replace old one and all of a sudden zoom isn't allowing music at the same time as my voice teaching. My voice quality is terrible if music is playing, I've tried to sharing musician thing being on etc. Please, I really welcome your input here, even if you think its seems obvious. I've got a ticket drawn up with Carla and sent a sample of how crap it all sounds, and has heard nothing now!

I have done everything according to the videos trying to remove the virtual background. I've gone to settings, in meeting advance, virtual backgrounds, and turned it off. I've even reset it. That is supposed to remove the uploaded picture from the system altogether....and it's still on there. The videos are old that they sent me in the chat. It says there is a button to choose "none." On mine it is a button - turn virtual backgrounds on or off. I've logged out and then back in again....it's still on. Every option in the chat doesn't pertain - any thoughts?

Provisioning appears to be working correctly when I check the Zoom user administration panel. Hi AllQuestion - please can someone offer some insight?!I recorded a meeting.  I have downloaded 3 files .  I can edit the transcription in word no problem BUT I cannot figure out how to edit the captions on the video.  All instructions say press "play" and the transcriptions will appear on left hand side, you click the pencil image and edit.  BUT all I see when I press play is the recording with the captions appearing which I can turn on or off. 

Can anyone explain why my screen goes black at random times during some Zoom meetings? The sound stays on for a few minutes & I think the others in the meeting can still see me, but then it goes completely dead and I'm logged out of my computer. I have to re-log into my computer to get back into the meeting. This happens quite randomly - sometimes after only about 10 minutes into the meeting; sometimes 30-40 minutes, sometimes never. I've checked all my computer settings, and it's set not to go to sleep for one hour, so I'm pretty sure it's not the computer settings. I can't find any settings in Zoom that could be causing this.

Just in Zoom my face is very big, i need to distance 2 meter from my laptop to be in normal size. This is not normal, in other prgrams the picture is normal. Sorry, i am not English native speaker.

Hi there,Since an update a few weeks ago, Zoom keep using my camera after the call has finished (the blue light on my camera remains on and the "Zoom is using your camera" message is present in the taskbar). If I try to make a second call the camera will fail to initialize in Zoom. The only way to de-allocate the camera without a reboot is to go into task manager and kill all zoom processes, even after exiting Zoom. Has anybody else come across something similar?I'm using Window 10 and Zoom 5.15.3 (18551).  

My group has existing published meetings with existing zoom ID's and passwords that do not show up as scheduled meetings in the zoom account.  To improve management and security of the meetings, I want to do the following tasks:1.  Put them in the schedule, but zoom doesn't seem to let me use the old meeting ID's, it wants to generate new meeting ID's.2. After updating the schedule, to make the passwords more complex for security purposes.3.  Start using a "Claim host" key - right now these meetings do not have that. Anyone have experience and suggestions with that, or do I need to start from scratch and re-publish the meeting links? Thanks!

Hello. I have a dual PC streaming setup where I'm sending audio split up in Voicemeeter Potato on my gaming PC to my streaming PC. Whenever I'm in Zoom and screen sharing in a meeting, I can share my screen but the audio doesn't work. My audio input in Zoom is set to my Microphone (B3), and my audio output is set to Voicemeeter Input. The only way that I seem to share audio with my screen is if I add the audio to B3 as well, but this will cause the mic audio as well to send to the streaming PC. Shouldn't the audio from my PC come from the audio output in Zoom and not the audio input?

I started having this problem yesterday, Nov 6, 2023.  I can't get past the Zoom launch page when I click on the hot links to meeting in my email.  I tried the Zoom chat bot and they referred me here.   I cleared my cache and temp files and still didn't work.   I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and still it is not working.  I can get in on the Web app but that is super laggy and not a viable solution.  I can get in on my iPhone, but again not a sustainable solution.    I appreciate any help figuring this mystery out.

I've set up a number of recurring meetings over the past two years. Until very recently, when I went to the "Meetings" page in the app, each one was listed once, which should be all that's necssary.  Suddenly as of about a week ago, each one is showing up on the Meetings page 22 times!  I haven't changed anything that I know of.  How do I fix this?  I'm afraid to delete any of the repetitions in case I wind up deleting the whole meeting. Thanks! 

Hi all,  I create events using Swoogo, and I use the virtual integration with Zoom to create Zoom meetings for my online events. Swoogo already sends users a secure link to the Zoom meeting that forces them to sign in through Swoogo (so that our registration and attendance data is correct).  The issue is that Zoom also separately sends users an invitation to the meeting, and that link can be used by anyone, including users who haven't signed in, so we can't get their attendance data. Is there a way in Zoom account settings to turn off the automatic email invitations?Thanks

I have changed my settings so that the chime doesn't play when someone enters a meeting that I'm hosting, which is great. However, I'm the co-host of a weekly meeting and have to manually turn off the chime every time the meeting starts. Is there somewhere in my settings that I'm overlooking so I don't have to do this weekly during the meeting? Thanks!
