When I try to add, a virtual background image, the system is telling me that it has been disabled, and to visit my settings to enable it, but it IS enabled in my settings.
There are a LOT of words in “settings”, but nothing that says “enable virtual backgrounds”. Could you please give specific instructions on where to find this feature?
Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Virtual background toggle to enable or disable it.
If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change. Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. You need to contact your Zoom admin.
(Optional) Select the Allow use of videos as virtual backgrounds toggle to use a video as your virtual background, then click Save.
(Optional) Click Manage virtual background(s) to upload or remove default background images available. Learn more about managing default virtual backgrounds.
