Necesito ver varias reuniones al mismo tiempo, aunque hay un articulo que dice que eso se puede hacer desde la configuracion de reuniones basica, por mas que leo, no lo veo.  mas arriba indica que debo solicitarlo a soporte, sin embargo no hay donde escribirle a soporte y solo te sale el soporte virtual el cual se vuelve un circulo vicioso por que pregunta y responde lo mismo...si alguien puede ayudarme se lo agradecere.

Hi everyone, I’ve recently noticed that during some Zoom meetings the audio randomly cuts out for a few seconds and then comes back. My internet connection seems stable and this doesn’t happen in other apps. Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? 

 Hello,I am experiencing a problem when trying to schedule a meeting in Zoom.When I open the scheduling window, multiple pop-ups overlap each other, making it impossible to use the interface properly.For example: I cannot select a future date (e.g., April 8 – I cannot access April at all) I cannot set the time I cannot select options like “no time limit” Different pop-ups keep appearing on top of each other This happens regardless of whether my screen is maximized or not.Because of this issue, I am unable to schedule any meetings.Could you please help me resolve this?Thank you. 

With the latest update, version 6.2.0, recurring meetings with "No Fixed Time" have been removed from the desktop client home screen and calendar. There is no way to put them back on there without changing them to a fixed schedule and end date. Tell Zoom that this change MUST BE REVERSED. I and thousands of other users routinely use Zoom to hold meetings with no fixed schedule and no end date. We don't use the Zoom calendar for anything -- we have our own calendar and invitation systems. All recurring meetings should be available somewhere on the client home screen. This issue started week of April 29, 2024. A few participants in a meeting cannot go to breakout rooms. They go, but then are quickly sent back to the main room without having clicked on anything. This has happened to different people, on different accounts. We have tried assigning them to a different room, we have had them log out and log back in. Zoom has been VERY UNHELPFUL saying only that it is because participants have a poor internet connection. These participants have been in the meeting without other issues for a total of 29 hours (over 10 days). It is causing a lot of problems for our training participants. Anyone have any answers? Most of my meetings are open “drop-in” hours where I leave Zoom open and students come and go throughout the day.The current attendee reports don’t really fit that setup. I have to manually piece together who was in the waiting room, who actually joined, when they left, and whether they came back later. It’s especially tricky to track students who waited but never joined or who had multiple short visits.I’ve also tried using the AI Companion summaries, but they don’t include the kind of detailed timestamps or waiting room information that would make these reports useful for advising.It would be great if Zoom could provide a clearer timeline or summary showing:Each attendee’s waiting room time, meeting time, and any re-joins A list of anyone who entered the waiting room but left before joining Timestamped chat messages (since I shar

I am placing the pinned presenter view and a video on an Epson overhead projector screen, and keeping the laptop for admin functions such as invite and chat separate. We are using a Lavalier microphone setup that connects to an interface. The video and presenter are heard in the room on speakers with simultaneously broadcast on Zoom. What do you think of this configuration. Has anyone done this successfully?

How can I convert a Recurring Scheduled meeting into a No Fixed Time Recurring meeting and retain the same meeting ID?  The No Fixed Time Recurring meeting has been used to feed into a live webcast for several years.  I am not clear exactly how it happened, but I suspect the meeting type has been accidentally changed to Scheduled when the meeting URL and ID were included in a Google Calendar entry notifying about a short test meeting.  I did not know that this was possible.  Changing the meeting ID would mean alterations in several platforms and notifying various clients, so we want to avoid this if possible.  We have set the recurrences to six months apart to secure the meeting ID, but this adds spurious entries to our calendar so is not an elegant solution.

I have a new iPadAir6, iPadOS version 18.3.2. When music is played during a Zoom meeting its starts out loud and clear for 3-4  seconds, then the volume goes way down and the quality is poor. The sound fluctuates for the duration of the music. Voice seems just fine. I have several iPads and iPhones, this does not happen on any of the other devices, only on the iPadAir6. I have learned that others who have the same version, iPadAir6 have the same problem. It seems there is a problem running the Zoom client on iPadAir6. Is Zoom support aware of this issue? Has anyone at Zoom looked into it?

HI!I just imported over 200 customers into my "Personal Contacts" in Zoom but now I can't find a way to invite them all to a re-occuring meeting.  Can anyone help me please??? GOD Bless you!AB

Sound echoes on my meeting even if using a microphone, or internal microphone on my Mac book.  Is there a setting to fix that?

Hello,I’ve been battling through uninstalling/updating Zoom on a handful of computers recently. I’ve encountered an issue where I’m unable to uninstall it because “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”. I’m trying to uninstall these silently and I believe if I could get the MSI for version 6.3.52884 I would be able to. Does anyone have the installer.msi for 6.3.52884? Thanks,Paul

I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!

I am an account admin. When the previous “owner” left, I added the new owner/s name and email address.  I was able to keep all the same meeting schedules and the meeting link.  However, when the new owner clicks the meeting link, it shows me as the host, not the “owner”. How do I change this?

I was with a friend and noticed what might be a recent change, but I was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue. The zoom app responds to Dark Mode on my Android Device on the main screen (start a meeting, Join, Schedule, Share Screen). But when I start a meeting, the meeting itself is always in dark mode. My participants list is black (white text on a dark background). Is there another setting or feature for this? I'd like to be able to have my meeting window in the black text on white background if possible, or at least follow the Dark Mode setting when I turn it on in Android. 1. Turn off Dark mode on your android device 2. Choose New meeting or join a meeting 3. Note that the window that pops up for the meeting is in dark mode and doesn't seem to be affected by changing the Dark Mode on the device. Android app -> 6.2.2 (24621) 

I have scheduled Zoom meetings not popup in Microsoft Outlook calendar today. Does anyone have same issue today?

I book meetings far advance, some times one to two years. Will the zoom link that I send to the client expire?

I cannot add/change my virtual background because Zoom crashes when the open file dialog box appears. The cursor will spin for a minute, then zoom will crash. Any troubleshooting ideas would be welcome. I have already uninstalled using the clean uninstaller tool, and then reinstalled. The problem persists and occurs on Zoom only. The dialog appears, the cursor changes to the "waiting cursor",  you cannot interact with the screen, then it crashes. It's not intermittent - it's every single time. I was able to add a background on my phone but it didnt transfer over to my pc.

Camera and Mic are not working on Zoom App and on my HP computer only. I tried all possible solutions, granted all permissions on Windows 11. But Zoom does not appear among Apps that granted permission. Both work normally with all apps even on Zoom browser. My Zoom account works properly on other laptops.This problem is new since March 23. Both Windows and Zoom are up-to-date till today.Any advice? 

Hi,I trying to help a client who uses a pre-created link to invite others to join his meeting every week at an specific time. Apparently, someone else created this link which is being shared with the people that is supposed to joining and every time for the past 4 weeks, the people is not allowed to get in and receives this message: “the host has another meeting in progress” or “waiting for the host to start the meeting”What the reason for the error could be? Please help.Thanks. 

We meet on a construction site where multiple participants attend via one device (one participant sign-in). We need to produce a record of attendance where each individual signs off (enters their id as acknowledgement of attendance) and the integrations we have trialed in this purpose (docusign, Adobe) are not working out. The AI is not accurately and reliably documenting verbal attendance. Even if we can get each person onto their own device (which is problematic when participants may be physically close together for the meeting) It has to be a simple system tied to the meeting notes, that the safety coordinator can see in one document/place. Is there a solution for this? Some attendees will always be remote.

The Home tab on the App only shows the non recurring meeting schedules under "Today". Under Recurring Meetings it has the list of meetings but their Schedule is not shown and the App does not remind me or ring for an upcoming recurring meeting when I am inactive in the desktop.  I am missing a lot of recurring meetings because the list has the completed recurring meeting also in the list for that specific day. Thanks in Advance.
