Attendance physical Sign-off Needed

We meet on a construction site where multiple participants attend via one device (one participant sign-in). We need to produce a record of attendance where each individual signs off (enters their id as acknowledgement of attendance) and the integrations we have trialed in this purpose (docusign, Adobe) are not working out. The AI is not accurately and reliably documenting verbal attendance. Even if we can get each person onto their own device (which is problematic when participants may be physically close together for the meeting) It has to be a simple system tied to the meeting notes, that the safety coordinator can see in one document/place. Is there a solution for this? Some attendees will always be remote.

    Hello @Kyle Hartmann,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We’re glad to have you here!

Zoom does not currently offer a built-in feature that allows each participant to individually sign off or acknowledge attendance in a way that is directly integrated with meeting notes and visible in a single document for the safety coordinator, especially for both remote and in-person attendees.

However, Zoom provides attendance reports for meetings, which show details about who attended, when they joined, and how long they participated. These reports are available after the meeting ends and can be accessed by the host. If your organization uses a learning management system like D2L or Canvas, attendance can also be synced if participants use matching email addresses.

    Keep in mind:

    • Reports are not generated for meetings under 5 minutes or if only the host attends.
    • All participants must join the meeting for their attendance to be recorded.

You can find more details and step-by-step instructions in the Zoom support article:
    Generating meeting attendance reports.
