Hey guys, I’m trying to streamline my communication and support for my dropshipping store using Zoom, but I’m running into some issues. I want to offer live consultations or support calls for my customers, but I’m not sure how to integrate Zoom with my store (using Sellvia) or if it’s even worth it. Anyone here using Zoom for customer service or product consultations? How do you set it up, and does it actually help with sales or customer satisfaction? Would love to hear your experiences!

I’ve been looking into ways to automate customer support for my ecommerce store using Zoom and integrating it with Sellvia, my order fulfillment platform. The goal is to provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers by scheduling Zoom calls automatically based on their order status or any issues they may encounter.Has anyone here worked on integrating Zoom’s API with third-party ecommerce systems, particularly for order management and support? I’m specifically interested in automating customer meeting scheduling, syncing order updates, and using Zoom’s API to streamline the support process.

I am using a zoom app on my iPad, and a recording button cannot be found anywhere.   A recording option is not included in the meeting settings, even after I added  “screening records”  in the control centre.   I greatly appreciate if anybody can tell me what’s going on and how I can add a recording option.  Thank you.  

Hi there, I'm running Zoom 5.11.11 on macOS Monterey 12.5, and have an Apple Studio Display. I've noticed the Center Stage feature is on when I'm in Zoom meetings (the camera tracks you as you move around), however I can't find any setting to turn it off. It seems that this setting does exist on iOS/iPad OS, but not on macOS. Is there a way to turn this off on Zoom on the Mac? Thank you!

Not sure where the suggestion box is, or whether this is the right place to bring this up, but-- It would be great if Zoom could add the ability for an individual user to set a logo or virtual foreground while on camera, regardless of the user's chosen background. Like a foreground layer or some such. This way, I could have my team's logo displayed in the corner of my screen and still keep my background of choice, be it Blur, Natural or Virtual background.  Thanks for your consideration!

I hosted a meeting, and it ended due to a timeout. The participants' iPhones also timed out, but even though it should have ended, their Apple Watches were unable to disconnect the old session, leaving the meeting running. I started a new meeting, invited everyone, and when everyone finished, the new session disappeared, but the old session remained. I tried various methods suggested by a search, such as force-quitting, restarting, and uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing worked. I'd like to end the session on my Apple Watch. Do you have any suggestions?

After downloading the Zoom Workspace on my Acer laptop, I no longer have the Virtual background, filters and touch up appearance options in the video settings. I have the Zoom Workplace Pro plan.  Any help is appreciated. I have not been able to get any help from Zoom support. Thank you, Sharon  

I just recorded a meeting as co-host with my Android phone. Now I can't find it anywhere. Where are the recordings from the Zoom workplace app stored? 

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows  as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer. 

As a zoom admin I am looking to enable the option "Automatically sign users out after a specified time" under the security settings. I have already contacted the support team with a question about how the sign-out happens, which was answered. Dear Zoom, I'm running Zoom meetings on my iPad (12.9-inch 3rd generation iPad Pro, iPadOS 18.7.1). Even though I've got "Original sound for musicians" activated in my settings, my participants can't hear loud musical recordings played from a nearby speaker, even though they can hear my voice very clearly while I speak in the same room as the music. This seems to be a new phenomenon because in past years they've been able to hear those recordings played out of the same speaker without issue. Can you help me solve this? I've tried looking for other settings to change within your iPad app, but the "Original sound for musicians" toggle switch is the only one I can find. There are other threads on this forum dealing with similar problems, but Zoom's reps so far seem to be mostly offering solutions that would pertain to Zoom on a computer, not on an iPad. Can anyone help?

Over the last couple of weeks, I've experienced an issue where the bottom taskbar is appearing and disappearing on its own. I have it set to hide. My cursor is nowhere near the Zoom window, not even on the same monitor. I just ran the latest update to see if it made a difference. It didn't. It's very annoying and frustrating as I'm trying to record a clean video feed. Running on MacOS 15.7.1.

Hi there,  I am trying to access Zoom Analytics. However, I don't seem to have a page dedicated to this. On the articles I have read, they all claim that I should have a page titled 'Analytics and Reports'. I only seem to have 'Reports', but nothing else. I want to be able to see how many zoom-call participants shared a message in the chat and how many people engaged with a resource link. Please could someone help? Thank you!

Hello, I have recently deleted all my videos from my trash folder. It was a mistake, deleted permanently but I do really need those videos since they belong to an important interview done to an important person. Is there any chance I can get it again?

カメラが起動せず、ミーティング時に自分の顔が表示されません。今までは使えていたのですが、先日いきなり真っ暗になってしまいました。バーチャル背景等も映らず真っ暗な画面のままです。再起動、デバイス側の設定の確認、再インストール等も試しましたが、解決しません。他のアプリ（GooglemeetやMicrosoft teams、Windowsのカメラアプリ）ではカメラが正常に使用できたため、カメラの故障ではありません。マイクは問題なく使用できます。カメラだけがどうやっても真っ暗なままです。対処法をご存知の方いらっしゃいますでしょうか。

Upcoming date range not allowing to see all meetings schedule and will not allow to adjust dates.  This allows for double booking.  Also will not allow me to view date that I am trying to schedule for to see if there is already a meeting scheduled.  i.e, I know there is a meeting scheduled but when I schedule a test meeting at the same time it allows me to schedule on top of the meeting already scheduled.  Previously i could see all meetings scheduled, now i can only view the next 2 months.  We schedule our board and board committee meetings a year out.  Something changed about a month ago and now cannot see ALL upcoming meetings.

Hi! My zoom has been perfectly fine until a few days ago. I was in a lecture when i decided to play some music from spotify while the prof was screen sharing a video. But then the spotify sound was so muffled, which has never happened before. Then suddenly the spotify sound went perfectly normal but then till this day i can't hear anything when someone's screen sharing. I can hear perfectly fine if they're talking through their mics but i can't hear anything from the screen shared. I've been looking everywhere for help so please help me with this.. and no, there's no problem with my laptop speaker as it still does the same thing even when i connect to bluetooth speaker or headphones. i tried reinstalling and restarting but still no use..

This program violates standard windows UI protocols:  it refuses to close when the "X" in the upper right is clicked.This is the same scammy behavior we have seen from malware,  viruses and other apps that try to take control of the system, disregarding the user's desires.  There is another thread on this topic, but it was closed with the resolution "by design", which is a terrible answer and shows this company does not care two wits about it's users.Until such time as this company decides to follow standard UI protocols, we must take matters into our own hands...Create a batch file on the windows desktop that contains this line:taskkill /F /IM zoom.exe /TExecute this bat file when you are done with your session and it will force Zoom and all child processes to close immediately.It is quick and it works well.

I'm new to Zoom so apologies in advance for asking what may be an egregiously dumb question. I've been trying -- without success -- to disable the camera on Zoom. I've searched for the answer both on Zoom's website and the Internet. One solution, for example, was to go first to the Settings menu, then to the Video tab. There is supposed to be an "always turn off my video" option -- only there isn't. I've come across other solutions to either disable the camera or at least enable me to hide myself while on Zoom  -- none of which work.  Any advice would be most appreciated. THIS IS RELATED TO TRYING TO LOG IN.Under zoom.com and zoom.us I do not see LOG IN anywhere and it's been frustrating to have to keep clicking on anything and everything to finally get to my dashboard! Sheesh. Has (1) anyone else had this issue and (2) why is it so hard to reach someone in customer service to get them to fix it? Anyone know if there's a live chat somewhere to be able to connect with them? Weird thing is a few months ago "Log In" was always there when I went to either of the two main websites that I noted above. Now it's gone.

In my Zoom Pro app, under "Recordings and Transcripts", the link is no longer displayed next to each of my past Audio/Video recordings.  This was the best & easiest way to click on Share WHENEVER I needed to send a recording to my own email address or to 1 or more of my Contacts, even several months after the recording was made.  Note that I do not wish a third-party application to solve this issue.  Thank you for your help.

Hello,How can I disable the notification "Not hearing anything? Turn up volume"?This notification started appearing after I updated Zoom for Windows to version 5.16.10 and appears when the computer's volume is equal to or less than 10%.I couldn't find the option to disable this alert in the Accessibility menu.

As part of our requirement, we aim to render up to 12 participant video streams simultaneously on the screen.However, we are encountering a critical issue once the number of participants increases during the session.
