Hi I’m unable to connect to ZOOM meetings and have done all the AI trouble shooting.  It states connecting but can’t join meetings

I have international meetings with language interpretation. When one participant is presenting, we will have multiple screen sharing by the host (myself), the speaker and one more volunteer participant. This is so that we can show the speaker’s slides in their native language as well as show the slides translated into 2 other languages (so that other participants can view the slides /screens in their preferred language, while listening to the interpretation). The problem: I have not been able to figure out how to have the correct screen recorded so that the screen with the correct language slides match the speaker’s language. Sometimes the speaker is French and showing their slides in French, but the English slides (screen-shared by a different participant) get recorded. Sometimes the speaker is English but the Spanish slides from someone else’s shared screen get recorded. How can I ensure that the correct screen gets recorded, so that the slides matc

I recorded a Zoom class and saved it to my laptop.  We use Windows.  The sound is not working in the recording.  The audio was not muted during the recording.  I have realized that the sound works in recordings that are stored in Zoom cloud storage.  Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Zoom forced an update on me today. Since then it fails to recognise my video camera and asks me to pick a different one from settings. Neither camera nor settings have changed since the update. It works perfectly fine in Zoom and Skype. The camera is a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. Any suggestions on how to get Zoom to do its job again?

I've been using Zoom for many years to teach my classes. I've never had a problem like this. Yesterday, during a class, I shared (tried to share) a video that was over 90 minutes long in Full HD, with a file larger than 10GB, using the option to share a locally stored video file.After about 70 minutes, the video playback froze. I stopped sharing and restarted it, but the screen remained black; the video wouldn't "load." I ended up using the video directly on YouTube, losing contact with the students.I used a 14-inch MacBook Pro (2021) with an M1 Pro chip, 16GB of memory, and macOS Tahoe.I have new classes via Zoom and will have to use this material again.Does Zoom support this type of sharing or not? What's the best way to present this video in the next class? What should I do?

Hey everyone! I’m curious when hosting large Zoom meetings or webinars, what strategies do you use to keep participants engaged? Do you rely on polls, breakout rooms, Q&A, or something else? Would love to hear what’s worked best for you.

I have 2 regular recurring meetings - one every Monday at 11am, and one every Wednesday at 6pm.  Today I discovered the meetings are no longer showing up on my list of upcoming meetings.  There's nowhere to start the meeting from.  I could recreate it, except the meeting link has been published  a number of places as they are regular office hours for virtual students.  If I find the link (like, that I sent out via email to a student in the past) it lets me start it and recognizes I'm the host, and all is well.  But how can I get it back to showing up in my list of scheduled meetings??

when I click on my zoom photo, click settings...no audio tab showing and no where do I see if I have latest version tab

Every time I create a meeting I have to change the same values. Phone area UK, video on, audio on, continuous chat off. How do I set these to be the defaults so that when I create a meeting, I just have to enter the minimal information. I can use a template, but that's not what I want. I want to set the default values so they apply to every meeting. I have a plug-in for my email client. It'll create the meeting, but then I have to go back and edit the parameters.How do I change the defaults?Thanks

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address.    Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account?   I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

Even though I enabled HD videos in the settings on my newly purchased Zoom Business product, the highest video resolution I can see is 640x360. Why can't we see 1080p even though we enabled HD?Also, I wanted to send an email about this via Zoom, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to write here. I must say that despite the product I purchased, I did not find the support service satisfactory.

I have just raised a ticket on matters I need help with. All other contacts were blocked. The ticket has been marked as closed. How can I access support? I've tried phone & chatbot but there is always something which stops me

Is it possible to customize the Meeting Summary settings so that it follows a set meeting agenda rather than its own standard template? The AI Companion tools are great but we're needing to cut and paste what it captures to correctly follow our discussion. Also it doesn't seem to capture indiviudal motions and secondary votes in the discussion. thanks for any suggestions!

i m using zoom pro for 1 on 1 calls i m only getting 360p as video quality . i hve good internet in both ends low ping packets loss also low .HD is also enabled in zoom app and also in portal i hve enabled Meeting-HD Video Quality  option  why am i getting low vid quality

Since upgrading to ver. 6.7.5 (on Windows 10) when I close a meeting in my personal room and attempt to open a connection to a colleagues personal room the camera is not found, error msg = “in use  by other application”.  Also happens when moving from open group meetings using web browser to personal room or vv.The workaround is to un-plug and re-plug my USB camera between every session (which I can do on a PC but not on a laptop with integral camera).  This behaviour is new, didn’t happen with previous versions.Any suggestions please?   

I have recently had six videos mysteriously disappear from my Zoom cloud account.  I did not delete them.  They were videos of classes  linked from a website. The question is, are there any circumstances where a video might be deleted because of its content?  There was nothing objectionable in these videos.  However, sometimes instructors might inadvertently use copyrighted material in a class presentation.Has anyone had a similar experience?  

I set my background to “none” but all I get is a blank white screen behind me. I can change to other backgrounds but there is just blank screen and not the ambient view. 

Hello, I just installed Translation Caption Add-On to my working account.  I am trying to translate from German to English on once side and in the other from English to German... Unfortunately, I feel this Add-On is still not well developed due to being such a new setting, and it only works on one side. I feel that the translation is happening alone on each computer and not in the Zoom meeting for both persons... Has anyone have experience with this Add-On and can help me find the best settings for my Zoom-Meetings? Most appreciated,CG

Hello Zoom Support,I am writing regarding a serious issue with my paid Zoom subscription.Yesterday I purchased and paid for the Zoom Pro plan, but the subscription has still not been activated on my account. The payment has already been processed successfully.Yesterday your support team informed me that the plan would be activated within a few hours, however more than 24 hours have now passed, and the subscription remains inactive.What is even more concerning is that today my messages in the support chat are not receiving any response at all, despite the fact that this issue involves a completed payment.I rely on Zoom for my professional work, and the inability to use the paid features is creating serious disruption.Please activate the Pro plan on my account immediately or provide a clear explanation and resolution timeline.

I am on Zoom 6.1.11 with Pro subscription on MacOS Sequoia 15.0. I am having the following issue: I host the meeting on my laptop, and I want to screenshare the entire screen on my iPad (using the screen mirroring between the laptop/iPad). When I do this, I cannot see the little video of the other participant.  I am doing this in the context of teaching, where I want to face the video camera straight on sometimes, and sometimes write things on the iPad. But, not being able to see the video of the student is very detrimental. I'd prefer not to just do Zoom on the iPad and just share the screen there, since the angle of the video is unnatural. I don't remember this being an issue when I was working somewhere where we had one of the enterprise level accounts for free, is this why the screen mirroring is wonky now?

I’m trying to improve the audio quality in my Zoom meetings, especially when multiple people are speaking at once. Does anyone have tips or recommended settings to reduce background noise and make voices clearer?Thanks in advance!

I have just completed a lot of courses in the Zoom learning center and haven't earned a single point or badge. Are badges and points aka gamification not enabled for taking courses? Is there another way to earn points and badges?  Thanks Dave
