Hi

 

I’m unable to connect to ZOOM meetings and have done all the AI trouble shooting.  It states connecting but can’t join meetings

    If you're unable to connect to Zoom meetings and are stuck on "connecting," here are some steps to try:

    1. Make sure you are using the Zoom desktop app, as this is required for troubleshooting meeting issues.
    2. If you see error code 1020, your access may be blocked by a firewall, which can prevent you from joining meetings or accessing Zoom websites.

    If you haven't already, try restarting your device and your internet connection. Also, check if your network or firewall settings are blocking Zoom.
