I have just raised a ticket on matters I need help with. All other contacts were blocked. The ticket has been marked as closed. How can I access support? I've tried phone & chatbot but there is always something which stops me

Greetings, when we’re hosting a webinar the option to lock the meeting is no longer there. Is there a way for you to add that feature back? Thank you, Veneka

That sounds really frustrating. If your ticket was closed without resolving the issue, you might try reopening it or submitting a new one through the support portal. If possible, also check if your account has access to live chat or priority support depending on your plan.
