i m using zoom pro for 1 on 1 calls i m only getting 360p as video quality . i hve good internet in both ends low ping packets loss also low .HD is also enabled in zoom app and also in portal i hve enabled 

Meeting-HD Video Quality  option  why am i getting low vid quality

    Not sure what you are doing but I have 720P on my pro account. Are you using fullscreen on the host side and participant side? What devices are you using?

    i m only geeting 360p full screen at both ends .i m using Hp omen gaming lap and the other end also has good devices .my latency is 70-80ms
