Sound is not working in a recorded Zoom class

I recorded a Zoom class and saved it to my laptop.  We use Windows.  The sound is not working in the recording.  The audio was not muted during the recording.  I have realized that the sound works in recordings that are stored in Zoom cloud storage.  Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

    If the recording was saved locally, Zoom usually creates separate files for video and audio. You might want to check the recording folder to see if there’s an audio-only (.m4a) file and try playing it separately. Also, make sure the recording finished converting properly after the meeting. If the issue continues, re-running the Zoom recording converter might help.

    Thank you for the information.  I found the audio saved separately.
