Auto Forwarding Emails

Are you able to auto forward emails from Zoom mail? My job won't allow us to sync Microsoft 365 with Zoom so I would like to auto forward my emails from my zmail to my outlook to ensure I don't miss anything. I didn't see this option anywhere and wasn't sure if it was something I am missing.

Thank you,

Nieatta

Any answers to this?! This seems like it should be a basic feature. I am not even able to forward zmails to my own email address manually because I get an error message: "Couldn't send message (Error Code: 103, 10004)"

This is so frustrating...I don't even want to be using zmail...not sure how it even got set up this way. Now I'm getting response emails sent to this address instead of my correct email address!

Please help!

Are there any news on this? I’d be happy to find a way to automatic forward emails from zmail.

Auto-forwarding from Zoom Mail isn’t widely supported yet, especially with restrictions like no sync to Microsoft 365. Your best option may be checking for rules/filters inside Zoom Mail (if available) or using manual monitoring until more integrations are supported.

Thank you for your reply. I'm afraid it's very generic. I have already checked for filters or rules inside Zoom Mail – nothing! I wanted to avoid manual monitoring and waiting for more integrations, which I have been doing for years. Unfortunately, there has been no progress whatsoever on additional integrations. Zoom stubbornly refuses to take any action in this regard, possibly due to pressure from Microsoft and Google.
This is very troubling overall, as Zoom is one of the few video conferencing tools certified according to the standards of German data protection authorities (Microsoft and Google are not!).
