Until recently I would received my monthly invoice to my email. This has stopped and I can not see where to have the invoices sent to my email. My gmail email seems to have disappeared from my account. Anyone know what this might be about? Tom

I log into zoom via my google account but I am now wishing to utilise my work computer as it is better than my personal one but my workplace will not allow google (it only allows Microsoft), so I cant log in on my work computer. I have looked in my profile and settings to see if I have a way to set up a sign in option but I cant see one. Pls can someone advise if this is possible and where I might locate it 🙂 Thanks

Hello!Could anybody please explain me do my invoices in Payment History mean?On the screen, I see two invoices. Status of the first (-168,54$) is "Сredit". The status of the second (11,34$) is "open" and "pay".Does it mean that 168,54$ was automatically paid from the card connected to Zoom? What means "Сredit" next to the "168,54$"?

I just renewed my subscription via Paypal. No probelms there. Zoom then sent the 'confirmation of payment processed' email to my old email address.I have upadted to my new address in my Zoom profile, and in Paypal so why did this email go to the old email address and how do I stop it happening again?

I have a Zoom account for $160/year. Want to cancel it. When i go to web portal i am immediately logged in on old email, and into a basic -free-account. I absolutely go in circles on the website trying to log out and re log in on new email -i just remain in the previous basic account. Can anyone assist?

Zoom: anyone know how to email them? I can't get any sense out of the useless chatbot. I have cancelled the professional plan as it is not worth the money but ZOOM are still trying to take payment from my account.
