How con I ask for a refound, I was charged for a plan I'm not using anymore

Zoom のプロプランの管理画面に「ユーザーにまだ割り当てられるライセンスが存在します」と表示されていますが、下段のメッセージにお使いのアカウントにおけるライセンスの割り当ての上限を超えましたと表示され、誰にもライセンスユーザーが割り当てできません。

I just renewed my subscription via Paypal. No probelms there.  Zoom then sent the 'confirmation of payment processed' email to my old email address.I have upadted to my new address in my Zoom profile, and in Paypal so why did this email go to the old email address and how do I stop it happening again?

So many issues all of a sudden.I use computer platform, workplace pro, individual account. Very simple and basic one-on-one meetings. I saw a notice about Workplace Pro may be changing to Workplace Vivo.Does this apply to me? I'm not allowed live help. Hoping to obtain answers here, and also for my other posts made yesterday - I can't even log-in to Zoom account at all using Google browser.  It has worked absolutely fine for several years.  ?I wonder if Vivo situation is affecting my log-in to Zoom.  ?I appreciate assistance.

I currently have a free zoom account but would like to create a 2nd paid account for a business I just started. How do I do that and be able to use them both? 

Is it possible to add just one person (my VA) to my account?  I can only see an option to add 10 people.Thanks 

I have a Zoom account for $160/year. Want to cancel it. When i go to web portal i am immediately logged in on old email, and into a basic -free-account. I absolutely go in circles on the website trying to log out and re log in on new email -i just remain in the previous basic account. Can anyone assist?

Zoom: anyone know how to  email them? I can't get any sense out of the useless chatbot.  I have cancelled the professional plan as it is not worth the money but ZOOM are still trying to take payment from my account. Why?This is really annoying and, more seriously, it is now affecting my credit record. I regard this as bullying. I want them to  stop immediately.

I've been on an annual plan for 5 years. Now, for the second year in a row, zoom has changed my plan from annual to monthly without my knowledge or request. Consequently I've been charged at the 16% higher monthly rate for the time it has taken for support to respond and get the annual plan reinstated. It's proving exasperatingly difficult to get the incorrect charge reimbursed.Why is zoom changing my plan like this and what can I do to stop it happening? I just want to stay on the annual plan. Thank you.

Guys what is going on honestly i payed 180$ of hard made money... why cant i switch my account from basic to licenced, what is going on... not cool at all

Received an email with an offer to subscribe to MasterClass for 70% off.  The plan mentioned is "MasterClass - Individual (12-months) for $35, normally $120.  There is no "individual" subscription in MasterClass, only Standard, Plus, and Premium.  None of the values match those subscription plans either.  Standard is $6/mo ($72); Plus is $15/mo ($180); Premium is $20/mo ($240).   So what exactly would I be getting if I subscribed through Zoom?

I am the owner of our account and have added and deleted many users. From the Admin/User Management/Users screen, the three dots used to delete users are not visible. Any help would be appreciated.

I've got a client who's email address was an alias that got removed accidentally. Unfortunately it was not caught before zoom tried sending an OTP code and I believe their email address is now bouncelisted.Is there anyway to contact support for basic unlicensed user to get removed from the bounce list?  

I have a paid subscription with Zoom. I used my old office email to create the account. Now, I want to cancel the subscription. I can’t log in to my account since a verification code is required to log in. The verification code is sent to my old email address which I can longer access. I have been paying Zoom for more than a year now and I can’t even use the benefits of the subscription.
