@membership I deleted an admin from a Zoom account to discover they have now lost their local Zoom recordings.Is it possible to retrieve their recording?We have now added them back to the account as ADMIN but when they log in they are not recognized anymore. No access to anything. Previously shared Zoom recordings can now not be played.Absolutely at a loss. All in error and without understanding we were sharing the same account!
hi everyone, please I try to install zoom.us on my centos7 but the last version of zoom which zoom 5.17.10 doesn't run because it is for centos 8+. please can you suggest one version which is between 5.14.5 and this version which could be run my centos 7 64bits with the command lines to install it? great thanks in advance
I am the owner of my Zoom Pro account. I was able to turn on 2FA today because OTP doesn't work for me. 1st of all, the Zoom verfication emails are no longer reaching me, which is another problem. Do I have to create a 2nd discussion about this issue to figure out how to receive the emails? I receive emails from everyone else just fine. Today I was able to turn on 2FA and set it up for SMS authentification which should work for me. However, I am unable to turn OTP off because "turn off" which is beside it is grayed out. It is not clickable. How can I turn OTP off when I can't click "turn off"? A side comment: I had a horrific experience with Zoom support this week while trying to resolve this issue while I was traveling.I was unable to log in to Zoom at all because of it. I never received the email that was supposedly sent to me so I could approve tech support resolving this issue for me. I had to wait until I came home so I could access m
I had the two zoom accounts under one of Zoom's vendors who are now no longer working with zoom.My account has been downgraded and all recordings are lost...How can I continue to keep the same account? (with 500 participants in meetings and also personalized link) Thank you
Hello folks! I bought a ZOOM F6 and the device is great. The nonsense topic comes from this: The most used device on the planet is ANDROID. Why the heck ZOOM has an app for F8 ,F8N ex, but for F6 no? If there is an option to use some app for Android please let me know. And NO, I will NOT buy an iPad to iPhone. There is even apps for video camera for ZOOM but for F6 nothing, WHY?????>?>

I have forgotten my original password, so now each time I try to log in I have to go through the "forgot password" and log in through a Google account - and this can happen several times a day. Is there no way to reset a password ... ever?

I bought PRO account for 1 year, from Sept 2021 to Sept 2022. But today Jan 21 2022, my account suddenly reverted to BASIC, and I got the 40 minutes limitation. Did anyone get the same problem? And do you know how to solve it?

We paid for 20 licenses for the teachers in our school. The payment posted in August. Yesterday, all of the accounts became Basic and classes are cut off at 40 min. I have reached out to Customer Service and sent all of the payment documentation. No help so far. I asked for a one week extension while Zoom locates the funds we sent, but no luck. NOT HAPPY
I am locked from my Zoom account because I am not receiving in my phone the 2FA code: I do not know why, but I may have used another phone number a year ago since I stopped using Zoom. I have been able to use another email to create a new account. However, I would like to use my principal email again. The solution would be simple if I could enter my profile without 2FA, something that I have not been able to do for now. How is that done? I bought a MAC book second hand and was so excited to use it, partially because I am a reiki master and offer virtual healing. I had used zoom several years before in my old sales job and much preferred it to Teams. To my horror, zoom wouldn't work. I couldn't understand it. I have discovered that the MAC book is banned as the previous owner obviously did something to break the rules. I have emailed and emailed and explained and explained and they still won't lift the ban. I can use it on my phone but that just won't work for healing logistically. It also proves I've done nothing wrong as surely my email would be banned as well and it isn't. It may be second hand but I spent a fair amount of money and it's not like I can take it back (the guy is in the states now I'm told). I'm an independent tutor that recently established my business website. Unfortunately, it was linked to my personal Zoom email account. I have since changed the linked Zoom account to my work email for upcoming meetings, but now I have meetings from my website under both my personal Zoom and business Zoom. Can someone give me a step by step of moving my previously booked meetings from my personal Zoom to my work Zoom? Both are free accounts. Thanks.
