I have submitted several cases for our plan decrease, but it always came to same renewal manager, who can't update the case in reasonable period.  The longest waiting for update was 19 days...Now the plan decrease finally settled, but the invoice was still wrong.  The old plan used a subtotal without original discount in last 5 years, so the proration credit was wrong.Also it didn't have any backdate for downgraded plan, even when the delay was caused by the renewal manager's lack of update.  It wasn't "Zoom service effective date" listed on quotation either, which was already 1 month later than our original renewal date.Now the new submitted billing error case was still assigned to this renewal manager.  I don't know if he recognized that his lack of update costed us over US$1000 on the inovice.  But we won't pay for his fault.If he can't handle the case properly, someone in the community should be... 

Hi,Till now I have been using 2 Licenses of "Zoom Pro" but now I need to hold 100+ participants on one account, the best economical option is "Zoom Business Plan" which has the capacity of 300 Participants. But it turned out I will need to buy a minimum of 10 Licenses....But I need only 1 Business Plan License, Any solution?

I had to change my email account. Unfortunately I cannot access my old email adress. Whilst trying to give Zoom my new email adress, they tell me that all discussion will be send to my old one, and if I cannot reach it, I shall contact Zoom support... But where do I find their email adress??? Thanx

I need to change my email address from a google account to a non-google email address. However, after I change the email address I can no longer login because zoom still expects me to use the google login screen, which of course does not work for my new non-google email. How do I fix this? How can I transfer my account from a google email to non-google email?

zoom wont let me cancel the free trial through the website. They tell me to go to google play but google play doesn’t count it as a subscription so it doesn’t show the free trial. I need to cancel the free trial but zoom keeps telling me to go to google play. Who do I contact to cancel the free trial?

Got a 1 pro licence, created an administrator role, added users to this role.What I need is to let users use the administrator privileges (as far as I know the administrator role inherits the owner privileges) so that they can manage meetings that last more than 40 mins.

When trying to pause for a month our subscription, there are error messages: ApiError : Invalid parameters.and the pause does not work.  

I changed the email I would log in with now my personal meeting ID is different, the already scheduled meetings are gone (huge issue, already gave people those links) and my license isn't associated with my account anymore so I can't edit users, change the personal meeting ID, the billing history is also gone. Support is closed. Help. 

I signed in here with a random account just so I can post this, I am trying to sign in using a different email so I can enter paid sessions. I accidentally signed in "Under Organization/School" thinking it means that I am here to as a student. But Now I cant sign in without providing information about the organization, when I am Just here as a learner/student not a team memeber of an organization. Please Help

Hello, I have recently created a new Zoom account and upgraded it to a paid plan. I would like to use my previous Personal Meeting ID (PMI), which is my phone number. However, I cannot make changes on my old Zoom account because it was not upgraded. Could someone please assist me in transferring or releasing my old PMI so that I can use it with my new upgraded account? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,Jed Levine

Using zoom app on my iPhone13. Zoom version 5.15.2. I was tried everything from everywhere that suggested. My network carrier is totally well operated. My phone was blacklisted by zoom. I submitted two appeals and the second one was approved. Unfortunately, I am still getting an 1132 error. I tried deleting and reinstalling my app. I cannot get a response when reporting the error… and I cannot sign into my account to get assistance on technical support. Please help!!!!

Hello: I forgot my password, so I logged in using Google. I no longer wish to log in with Google, but each time I request to change my password with Zoom, the message in my inbox states,  "There was recently a request to change the password on your account. Based on our records, you used Google to sign in Zoom, click the button below, then select sign in with Google."I do not want to log in with google, I want to change my password. Chat doesn't understand my inquiry and there is no one I can talk to. Has anyone found a fix for this? I see that someone else had the same question a few years back with no answer provided. Hi, I want to do an upgrade and Zoom is asking me for my tax number. Unfortunately it doesnt accept my existing tax number. It always says it would not be excisting…Then I tried to use a personal account instead, there it is needed also (which doesnt make sense to me).I have 2 tax numbers, Zoom doesnt like them all… Any suggestions how I can buy an upgrade???Thanx

Hello Support, One of our users is using the Zoom Basic Free Plan and had enabled 2FA on his Zoom account. Unfortunately, his mobile phone was stolen, and he no longer has access to the 2FA code or the recovery code, which were both saved on the stolen phone.
