I mistakenly paid an annual license which seriously affects my budge .I only wanted a monthly license. What can I do?I work for a public school that does not give any extra money to pay zoom.  

Dear zoom, I have just placed a pro order on zoom.us . I would actually like to place a monthly order, but when coming to payment part, I didn't notice zoom had chose annual for me and I was charged the whole year fee. May I ask, How can I change to monthly package and will I be refunded the annual fee? Thank you zoom team.
