I need to remove credit card associated to the payment

Hi, I belong to an organization in which I put my credit card to associate the subscription to Zoom, but I'm retiring and will leave the account to someone else, and I can't find any option to remove the payment method, it only lets me update it, which forces me to think about the good will of whoever comes later to add a new method or re-subscribe without updating the method and start charging me again. Does anyone know how to remove the payment method, without having to update?

    Hi!

     

    If you are the owner of the account, first review Changing the account owner. Once changed, the new owner can update the credit card information before you leave. Accounts on auto-pay must have a credit card on file. As you've experienced, complete removal is not allowed.

     

    If you still need assistance, I recommend that you contact Zoom Billing for assistance.

    this does not allow you to REMOVE the credit card. I had an old account (2 years vacant) hacked once and the person was able to use my cc - guess why? that company did not allow me to remove my credit card from a service I no longer needed. I want my cc info removed
