I have a pro account, zoom says I can't submit tickets via the chatbot, had to go through a big process to submit ticket. This began happening to ALL meetings on TWO of my paid PRO accounts in the past week. Meetings scheduled in a pro account are all of a sudden limited to 40 minutes again.
I am have a Zoom Pro annual subscription. I've just been charged for Zoom Workplace.Is this the same thing with a different name, or is it an add on?
When I speak to Zoe (the chat bot) she can't/won't answer my question and then when I ask to speak to support, she tells me "Unfortunately, your account does not have access to live chat support." I am wondering why this is occurring since I have a Pro account. Thanks.

Hello everyone, Where are the invoices? 😞 I am trying to locate the invoices that I need for tax purposes, but cannot locate them. Many online references say to go to the navigation menu, click 'Account Management' then click 'Billing'. 'Billing' does NOT exist in 'Account Management' in my Zoom. Any help is much appreciated.
I am the owner of the account, I have logged in, in zoom using my google account, now I want to unlink it, and I want to set up a username and password instead. How can I do that ? I am seeing the option for other users, but for owner I am not sure how it is going to workout.
Hi! We bought a business license for the company to combine all accounts under one business account. 1. During the transition, the employees had a choice - to transfer the money back to their account, or to the account of the one who invites them into the space. Everyone chose to credit the one who invites you to the corporate account. In total, where can I see the amount of the balance and from whom exactly? Is it possible to track in the zoom database where the balance of funds from employees who previously used an individual Zoom account (with a PRO subscription) was credited after switching to a corporate subscription? 2. Is it possible to purchase new licenses for a business account using the balance of the account that was validated?
I changed my display name and it will not come up with what I put in. Any suggestions? For example: I put into the display box Moderator Christine and it will NOT display that but instead continues to only use my first and last name when in a meeting...Suggestions on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated!

I purchased the 500 Large Meetings upgrade, but now realize I will have more participants than I anticipated and will need 1000 licenses. Can I upgrade/exchange to 1000 without forfeiting what I paid for 500? Or is the $50 I spent on the 500 wasted? hey i'm facing a simple problem here which is that i forgot my old password but i still have my email and i'm still logged in but when i went the website to reset it they told me to go to that page "https://zoom.us/forgot_password?_ga" but when i clicked the link it went to the "my meetings" page so.. what should i do?
I have tried to get technical support for my client who uses SSO. I have updated the certificate in Microsoft Entra due the the certificate expiration. No one in the organization can log in not even the administrator aka me. Every time I try to get technical support, the automated system asks for a Personal Meeting ID and 6 Digit Host Key. The issue is I cannot log into the account via SSO nor without SSO to get the Personal Meeting ID and Host Key. Additionally, I tried to change the password, but it goes back to SSO which is the issue. I am very frustrated that I have not been able to get assistance to fix the SSO issue.

After reading your record profit year in 2023 and year over year (3.9 BILLION USD) increases in revenue/profit, its quite astounding to me that Zoom chooses to raise prices in this inflationary economy. Profits matter to the stakeholders and supercede the need for community and people to come together for utlity and good. You lost 2 loyal customer accounts because of this because its too expensive when you are a small business owner just trying to make it in the world paying bills. We won't be renewing our subscriptions..
Good day! It's so difficult for a customer to cancel a simple subscription with your company. And it's a shame for you to force receipt of information that doesn't concern you in order for this cancellation to even be successful. 😞This is so greedy and disrespectful towards my person that we are unfortunately going to permanently quitting with your company.
Nearly everytime i use zoom, windows crashes with an ominous blue screen followed by an automatic restart (see file attached). There is a loud noise (like a humming) which I assume is the fan. I contacted windows, which seemed aware of the issue. Made a few adjustment that did not work. and told me to contact zoom.Cant get anyone from zoom on chat to discuss the issue. so i post it hereAm I the only one with this issue? What can I do?I have tried the uninstall / reinstall procedure already.
My organisation has 2 accounts which are linked. One is the Owner, one is the Admin. We want to cancel the admin account as we are no longer using it. How do I cancel the subscription and delete the admin account without affecting the Owner account which we use all the time. And do I have to unlink them before doing anything so as not to affect the Owner account which we are using. Thank you.

After changing my email address and disabling the sign-in options via Google and Facebook, I can no longer access my paid Zoom account. I contacted Zoom support, but they simply closed my ticket. I urgently need access to Zoom again, as I cannot conduct my meetings otherwise.
