I'm trying to upgrade from basic to pro. I don't want the business account so don't tick the business account box but every time, I get asked to fill in my VAT rate with the text "If you are a Business customer, enter VAT number"I can't get past this point.

 I really desperately need to add a licensed user for my Pro account. How do I add or pay for a licensed user to be an alternative host? I need the host to start the meeting and to be able to mute people.  I have a pro account. The account message says that I can purchase more licenses for users on this account. HOWEVER, when I click on that link, it sends me to a main page and there is no place to purchase this additional license. How do I buy a user license for someone to be an alternative host on my account?Do I need a business license?ThanksDeena Larsen

In the attempt to update my bank card details, all was ready, and so I clicked. Then the system of Zoom began to demand this: "Required field Not Completed: State/Province". So the update was impossible, but when I was searching the entire page, there was no location to write such details, like "state" (up here in Northern Europa). I use Zoom's Pro version, if that matters. Has anyone faced this, and how you solved it ?

I didn't receive a receipt for a recent payment.  I need to have one emailed to me for reimbursement

We would like to know from you to provide a commitment for customers if we can change the payment card from the Zoom admin portal without any issues. Currently, we are using the card who resigned from our company and we need to update it with our card.

If I open a Pro account and pay  monthly,  I presume the account renews on the same date every month.  If I want to cancel that account, when will it take effect?

We have a Zoom account that we use with a group of people from an organization, but many of these people are not very tech-savvy. Currently, we're logging in using the "Sign in with Google" option. Hallo! Ich hoffe, jemand kann mir helfen - ich habe das One Pro Abo bezahlt (jährlich), meine Lizenz bleibt aber Basic - meine Sitzungen muss ich nach 40Minuten beenden. 

When I get an email notification, in the 'no-reply @ zoom.us' it comes the 'From'  field as  a company name I used to work for years ago.   There's nothing in my profile or user accounts that shows that old name.    Any ideas where this could be?   Thanks

i have an abo for 100 people. As i run asession where up to 150 people will attend, i would need the bigger abo only for one month.How can i do this?

When I upgrade my pro plan to the large meeting just for a month, does the change apply immediately? I wish to upgrade close to the needed day as much as possible.

Hi  I can't upgrade in the iPhone or iPad app store to a paid plan. It's confusing. A message appears whenever I try to do so, telling me that I need to open the app... but there is absolutely no option to buy an in-app subscription.  How did you guys manage to do it?  

Dear Zoom Community, I'm writing to seek urgent help regarding Error 1132, which has completely locked me out of my Zoom account.  This issue is preventing me from accessing my account or joining any Zoom calls, whether logged in or not.           As someone who relies on Zoom for work, this is becoming a problem. I'm on Windows with the latest Zoom update installed. I've diligently followed all the suggested fixes I found on the official Zoom site and within this community, but unfortunately, none of them have resolved the issue. To make matters worse, I've submitted multiple reports to Zoom support over the past week, but I have yet to receive any response. I'm at a loss as to what to do next. We have been hosting zoom meetings for AA and sober support for over 4 years and someone reported us lost week which has caused our meeting to get shut down. how can we rectify this ?

Hello everyone!Regarding Zoom login and authentication, I would appreciate it if you could provide some insights below.If both Zoom's original two-factor authentication (2FA) and Google’s two-factor authentication (2FA) are enabled, will both Zoom’s and Google’s 2FA be required when logging in, whether I choose "Sign in with Google" or use the regular ID and password?Is it possible to disable the regular ID and password login and only allow "Sign in with Google"?

I need a copy of my BAA, which was signed several years ago, but I am unable to find it. I contacted Sales, but have not heard back. Is there a place within my current account settings/management functions that will help me obtain a copy of the signed BAA? 

So few days ago I wanted to join my class. When I clicked "join", the system said, I'm unable to join, Error Code 1132, which means you most likely got banned for violating Zoom rules. THE THING IS: I haven't used Zoom for past 3 weeks. So I think someone hacked my account and was violating Zoom rules using my account. I reported it to Zoom support team. After 2 days I got the email from them, they sent me an answer, saying that I got blacklisted and unable to get unblacklisted again. So now have to use web version for my meetings, but I can't do the same things that I could do on Zoom app. Please help, I did nothing wrong, but I got banned for nothing, just because someone used my account 😞 

okay, maybe i start on the wrong location, let try a new fresh discussion i dont understand why, i cannot assign my license, i can unassign, but after that i cannot assign again, is there something wrong?my license is still more then 10, but i cannot assign to mw account, now, i cannot assign the license, and all my account turn to basic, and zoom want me to buy more lisence for me to can assign? im still missing the point here,on top of the user account i got this notification soo im thinking is there a problem with my account, i sign up new fresh account, buy 1 lisence proand add other account, ok, now in my admin have to account, i try to assign and unassign, after 5 times  i cannot assign

I have a license through a university enterprise account. I have scheduled a recurring meeting to be used for a class I will be teaching and want to add one of my university colleagues as a co-host. When I attempt to do this, I get an error message telling me my colleague cannot be added at this time. How can I overcome this issue?
