Account Locked when trying to log in from another device

When I try to log in from my mac, the zoom app, or my iphone I get an error that my email or password are incorrect and if I try multiple devices I have ended up with a locked account for 30 minutes.

I need to be able to log in from different devices at different times.  Does anyone have a resolution for this issue?
