Under the new policy, we have limitation to assign the pro license to another user in the organization. However once we changed to unassign, the pro license is idle and cannot assign back to any one else. At least the license should be available to the owner right? Please fix the bug.

On 2 seperate occassions I have been granted co host for a webinar. I have never used a zoom webinar before. That being said I was backstage all going well. When it was time for me to go in and i was live. I cant get thru the door. People can hear me and see my name on the webinar but cant see me nor can I share a screen. It says zoom is not responding. Its def not my internet as previously thought. Why cant I go on live webinar and show my face and share screen. What is happening here. Ive reinstalled zoom and Im updated....?

I have recieved over a dozen emails notifying me that someone has been entering my zoom space over the last several days and creating whiteboards, etc. (ex: Xiaomi 22041219I has created the following whiteboard in your meeting "Kristi Hatter's Personal Meeting Room"). I have logged out completely and signed back in. I have deleted all of the items this person has created. I tried to change my PMI in my account settings but when I create a new PMI and click save I get "Meeting already started." and it wont let me change the PMI. I cant see any open meetings to try to shut everything down. How do I get this person out of my account and how do I change my security settings to ensure this does not continue!?
I am the sole owner of a pro plan account. When I try to access some of the AI features, the toggles are greyed out and the message alongside says locked by Admin. I am the admin of this account, what am I missing?

I have another zoom account, with which I usually logged in with Facebook account. But a couple of months ago, My Facebook account was hacked and now I can't use this account. Hi everybody, Was wondering if someone could help me out. I almost literally bent over backwards today trying to upgrade my Zoom account from Basic to Pro. My previous Pro subscription expired a day ago (forgot to renew it in time) and today I wanted to upgrade back to it, but whatever I do I get stuck with the greyed out "Upgrade to Pro" button. I have billing and payment info all set up as they should be, but the button just won't become active. The chatbot is spectacularly unhelpful and last time I contacted support half a year ago on another issue they replied a week later, which was spectacularly unhelpful as well. I'd be very much thankful if anybody could advise me on the issue. Thanks!
We want to change the owner of the account, and the documentation says:In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Profile.Click Change Owner. On the Account Profile page, I do not HAVE a "Change Owner" link. Did things change? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!

I am an admin for a Zoom workplace Pro with 6 licenses and I would like to cancel 2 licenses of those 6. I also have an extra 30 GB Cloud active. If I cancel these 2 licences, my recordings of these accounts will be lost?
