안녕하세요?최근 zoom프로 연간 및 웨비나 결제를 하였습니다.다만 웨비나 기능이 3월 기간에만 필요했는데 매월 구독으로 금일 갱신 결제 됐음을 알았습니다.웨비나 구독 취소는 하였으나 환불처리가 필요하여 요청드립니다.감사합니다. 

My husband can’t log into his account since he doesn’t have access to the email he used when he signed up. So, he can’t reset his password and his phone number is not in the account. We have gone through the AI black hole and nothing. And it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is the worst customer service and experience.  And when I try to submit a ticket, it just sends me back to AI.

I have moved and need to update my address so my credit card  would match

줌 1년 구독이 자동결제가 되어버렸습니다. 결제일 전에 연락이나 팝업이 뜰 줄 알았는데 연락을 못받아서 확인을 할수 없었고 카드결제 알림이 와서 알게 되었습니다.  더이상 사용하지 않아 결제 취소 및 환불하려고 합니다.  청구서 번호는 INV333528042 이고, 청구서 날짜는 2025년 12월 12일 입니다. 

I just cancelled my subscription to ZOOM because I haven't used this product in a year.  I refuse to pay for another year when I haven't used your product.   I wish to file a dispute.

Please, PLEASE...is there any way that I can speak with an actually person instead of the AI bot? Our account details have changed but we didn't change them. I have the account number, the email, the invoice number and everything but the bot can't help. I am getting an error message saying "Having trouble signing in with this email..." It won't even accept the email address so that I can go to the next page to enter the password. We haven't changed anything on our account and I have the invoice to prove we paid for the year.

I was charged 250.86 Canadian by ZoomUS on January 18/2024. I did not authorize this nor have I been able to contact anyone about it. When I tried phoning, I was cut off because I did not have my account number which I have been unable to access. Please help. ***********

Reg: Plan Management   Hello Zoom Support team   Kindly forgive me if anything wrong in my understanding., Kindly clarify the below.,   1-My requirement is Large Meeting ( for 1000 participants) , Is it necessary i have to buy both One Pro as well as Large Meeting , because it was a Add-on, Please clarify..,   2- I had paid for Large Meeting but still the system was showing one Invoice was pending, I had already shared the invoice to you in the previous mail., since i don't want any  issues in assessing the ZOOM cloud, i had paid second time also., Kindly check whether it was paid two times and confirm.

I was trying to add another phone number to my account when i accidentally bought the workspace pro instead of the phone plan. Trying to ask for a refund instantly but the support AIs keep telling me its non-refundable. That’s quite horrible service, i had my card saved on zoom so i can fluently make transactions and they’re punishing me for trusting them and just quickly making purchases?! its unfair if i’m being forced to keep on paying for something i did not even intend on buying. Even got the Annual plan because i thought ill get an annual one for this number.

hi, I wanted to cancel my annual subscription billing next year and I click the wrong one and my plan change to monthly subscription. How can I change my plan back to annual? please help me with this problem?

Dear Sir or Madam,I am extremely dissatisfied with the Zoom service and am considering cancelling my subscription.The reasons are as follows:You charged me for a Large Meeting service that was not used, in the amount of EUR 197.49. After receiving an unfavorable response from the first-level support regarding my complaint and refund request, I escalated the issue to a higher level. I then received a positive response confirming that a refund of EUR 137 would be issued:"We’ve also processed a refund of 137 EUR to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account."However, instead of issuing the refund of EUR 137, Zoom charged me an additional EUR 137 on March 28, 2026.We urgently request a full refund in the total amount of EUR 334.49.Sincerely,Dubravko Čop

Dear. We were not using zoom from last two months and bill is generated and send to us of two months. we tried to cancel the subscription, the cancel subscription button is not highlight when we are moving the cursor on it. kindly help us to cancel the invoices of last two months and cancellation of subscription. 

Our company currently has MONTHLY Zoom Webinars subscription that we get invoiced for and pay on a monthly basis but are being told that we are locked into an annual contract that coincides with our Zoom One Business Licenses.  We need to cancel the MONTHLY Zoom Webinars subscription as it is no longer in use and were told by our previous account manager that since it is MONTHLY we could cancel at any time.  There is nothing in the terms that states we cannot cancel before the next month's bill.  Please assist in cancelling this subscription and escalate to the highest level if needed.  Thank you. 

Hi, I have transferred ownership to a new owner, from virtual-events@ to zoom@. However, the licenses are still with the former user. How can I transfer those? 

My team has made the payments and renewed the pro subscription, however my plan is still reflecting as Basic and not got upgraded.What could be the issue? Its urgent to fix this.

I have a free account that I'm locked out of. When I log in, I'm asked to use an authenticator app, but I don't have a Zoom code in my current app. I do not have access to any back-up codes and so am effectively locked out of the account. To be honest, I do not recall even setting up 2FA on that account. In any case, now I cannot access it—how can I gain access again?

How can I delete my account?

I have an urgent problem with my Zoom account. I enabled two-factor authentication, but I lost my recovery codes. Now I can't log in because the app is asking for the code. I have a basic account and I don't know how to contact technical support. Can anyone help me recover access to my account?
