Hi, I am currently experiencing what seems like a permissions design or technical issue with a Zoom Event. I have a few sponsors and exhibitors and each of them is permitted access to attend all the sessions. In both webinar and meeting sessions for our multi-session event, whenever these accounts join they are AUTOMATICALLY made a co-host, which creates an administrative burden to the actual meeting host to then have to remove them from that role, PLUS lots of confusion for our sponsor/exhibitor contacts who simply want to attend educational sessions NOT co-host them. Zoom chat support has left me hanging on this and I'm wondering, is this a tech issue for our event, or simply an error in design of the Zoom events program??Reading through permissions how-to's it seems that exhibitors should only be able to host their OWN sessions in the expo booth or ones that we have assigned them to specifically, but this is not what we are finding in practice.   If you've had a

Hi, I ( from Taiwan) set up an online congress and invite a Chinese speaker ( from China) to log into the Zoom. But when he log in, his Zoom shown: your country/area cannot subscribe to the Zoom. Is anyone face this problem? I am wondering is this because the political issue? 

Hey there!          I am hosting paid webinars this month. I want to provide some supporters a free link to attend my webinar without having to pay. I do not have Zoom Events which apparently offers an option to do this. I only the Zoom webinar and a pro account and trying to figure out a solution without needing to pay another account. I tried sending my friend the link that is generated on the calendar invite but when she clicked on it, it made her register and pay.  I am accepting payment via PayPal and I do not think I can create a code to override the $10 charge. I am just a bit stumped on this and trying to provide some people a free invite to my webinar. Thanks!

Hi!  We have the Zoom integration enabled within Pardot and since the new year have started getting issues when setting up the registration forms that whenever submitted zoom redirects to an internal server error page. The submission is captured in pardot and the count of registrants increases in Zoom but the registrants receive no confirmation email and our zoom registrant list is blank. 

I am running a webinar with over 5000 participants and would like to track how many groups/organizations join. This is above the number of allowed registrations. However, I was wondering if it is possible for each organization to register, then share that unique join link with their group of 20 participants. How many devices can join on each link? I see that there is a limit of number of devices per Zoom account, but what about for a registration in which you only need your email address to join? Thanks!

As a non profit organisation we got reduced pricing for our Zoom Workplace Pro account.Now we want to add Webinars.What do we have to do to get reduced pricing for Webinars as well?What is the right way to buy the additional plan?Thanks for your help!

This is INSANELY confusing as a webinar attendee.  There is now an icon for SETTINGS on the attendee tool bar and it looks like the options one would have as a Meeting participant. As a host I do not see any way to turn these off. I hope to hades this is a bug that can be fixed because my attendees are going to be SO confused. As a webinar attendee they don't need to see these as options, even if it isn't really an option - for example, they cannot turn on their video yet they get a video preview as a webinar attendee as if it were an option. Is there a new setting as a webinar host that I am missing to turn off these options from attendees even seeing them?    

It seems there is no way to stop spammers from just adding you to their webinar. I get added nearly every week to some spammer's zoom meeting trying to sell some product. There is no spam option on the invite or way to report them. There is only a cancel meeting option and contact organizer.  Why doesn't zoom add in a feature to report them or remove the option to just upload a list they purchased of names and emails??

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I know how to trim from start or end, but not how to cut out a few minutes from the middle of the recording.  Thank you! 

Anyone else getting invitations to zoom calls from spammers?This used to happen a lot to me on other platforms, but it seems that they have now moved to Zoom instead! At least on the other platform it was very easy to report it as spam - but I don't see that here - and the Zoom support AI bot can't handle it !! We've run a few Events now and we've encountered the following issue with our survey responses: Responses to event surveys & polls are not being displayed in the Surveys & Polls dashboard (under Event Analytics). We're able to pull a custom report or just download the table data where it does show that there actually were responses to a particular survey. Could this be a product issue that needs to be addressed? Thank you for the help with this concern,Manuel

Hello All! I run a lot of Zoom Webinars without any trouble - but today we experienced a pretty nasty glitch.  - The entire screen went Green - no way to get it back. Just restarted Zoom and then the video was just black. Restarted the computer and then it seemed to work fine. Worried about future webinars. 

Till 12/12/25 evening we were able to host live meetings & attendees were able to join. But from 12/12/2025 8:30pm IST evening, it is Unable to connect zoom webinars, Zoom App created is of type Meeting SDK using SDK credentials SDK key , SDK Secret.“meetingService” is returning null. We need to get value or zoom won't start from Mobile Android.

i keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for?

Hi guys, I wanted to know how do I get a report in zoom where it gives me the analytics of the participants. By analytics I mean how do I see the focus time, drop off rates etc during the webinar/meeting of the participants. This is something which is very important for me and was included in the reports of Demio (I recently migrated from Demio to Zoom).Please help, I urgently need to get a solution to this. Thank You.

How can I change the name of the sender that appears when participants receive their registration confirmation? Last year it was possible to change both the sender and the email address, now only the email address can be changed, but not the sender. Is there a solution for this without changing the account name?

Hello,I have a small issue with the Zoom API. When retrieving the participants of a webinar, one of them does not have a “last_name” field. However, this field is required to join our meetings/webinars.What’s even more confusing is that, when retrieving the participant list through your interfaces, the person does have a last name.How is this possible?

I am receiving spam webinars every day, and there's no way to stop them. I have already unsubscribed from all Zoom Webinars emails, but I continue to receive them.  I have also reported these webinars, but Zoom does not take any action against them. Can anyone from Zoom explain why you don't take any action against them? Webinar ID828 4602 3920Passcode186270

I recorded a webinar and it was saved to my local computer, not the cloud as I did not realize I had to indicate the location. I would like to share a link for it. Is it possible for Zoom to provide a link? Can I upload it to the cloud and then get a link?  Thanks. 

I am hosting a webinar but do not want attendees to be able to see/use the "raise hand" button. How do I remove that option for a webinar? Also, is it possible to prevent other panelists from seeing the # of participants/attendees and their names? Thank you

Hi,I have been looking into the possibility of using the annotation function in webinars. Looking at the compassion between webinars and meetings it shows that this is possible but I haven't been able to make this work.  Is this an option? If so what am I doing wrong? Thanks,Jordin

During 2025, we have been paying $168 for the Zoom Webinars | 1,000 Attendees – Promotion plan. I would like to ask whether there will be an increase in this fee for 2026.
