Panelists not receiving zoom email notification

Can someone explain to me why on Tue this week when I added Panelists to my Webinar they all received Zoom email notifications of their specific link to enter webinar for practice session, yet on Wed when I added them to another webinar they checked box was not visible and the comments about sending email to Panelists was no longer visible.  Therefore the 2nd webinar, no-one received the Zoom email giving them access to the webinar early to practice?

    hi @Lyn Cator ,

In most cases, this is becuase the receiving email host has put it in the spam box. As it contains a link, it can look suspicious for that reason.

If you save changes and then lick on their name you should see a popout panel which includes their personal link, so you could send it out again yourself.

Not the case, issue NOT resolved.

The emails worked perfectly the day before on another webinar and some of the same panelists were presenting, so no, it’s not a “spam” thing about their email, it’s a zoom issue, which I had the last quarter and no-one was able to help then from your side, they just told me the emails were sent, but my panelists never received them.  We are paying a lot of money for this license, and I expect the system to work as it is supposed to.

Please investigate further, and don’t just tell me it’s probably SPAM!  I shouldn’t have to copy all the links into separate emails and send them out myself, this is what the Zoom system should do, and quite frankly, part of what we are paying for, and I shouldn’t have to waste my time doing it, especially when we have double-digit panelists presenting!   I may just as well be using Teams, and not pay for the Zoom license.

This is not resolved, so would appreciate if you would look into it further, and perhaps, look at the previous thread on the same issue.

    hi @Lyn Cator ,

The community forum has no access to any of your zoom data. We can not see or change your Zoom settings for you. So, if you want a more detailed answer I will need some information.

Are yuo using Zoom Webinars or Zoom Webinars Plus?
Are you making this webinars from sratch or duplicating the previous one?
are you adding panelists which work and then adding another set of panelists to the same webinar?
then I can call up the relevent screen shots and reference the settings.

I am using Zoom Webinar, not Plus.

I have 2 different templates that I use for each meeting, both the same, but just have them set for different meetings, as the subject titles are different and have been using the same Templates for the past 2.5 years, without any issues, except this week and the last quarter meetings.  Before that everyone was working OK.

I add the Panels to the “Invite” tab, on the day of the meeting as the emails are “or should be” generated at the time, but the button and information were missing, hence my screenshot yesterday.  When I add the Panelist to be invites, each of their email addresses self-populates, as everyone in the company has a standard zoom account and therefore their email address is already in the system.

I don’t understand why it works sometimes and not others, which tells me it’s a zoom issue as I don’t change anything except create new Webinars using the same details I have in the templates.

    @Lyn Cator ,
Thank you that will help me look at this. Zoom is updating the interface, so I have seen a couple of unexpected things.
I dont get paid for this, but I do get licences of all the different version of Zoom meetings to Events which allows me to check such things live.
