Ability to Add a link to a PDF to Zoom reminders
For over six years we have been doing a very successful monthly book preview event for our readers using Zoom.
- An hour before the program we email those who have registered a pdf of the list of the books that we are going to discuss.
- An hour after the program we send a list to just those who attended the event, again with the pdf list of titles that we discussed during the event, along with a Survey Monkey survey asking them to share the ones that they are most looking forward to reading.
- Once a video of the program is ready we send them a link to this, as well as the list of books that we covered.
This means we are sending three mailings via Campaign Monitor when honestly, we feel there should be a way to add the PDF to Zoom. We have the Survey Monkey link set up to go after the event.
Have you got plans in the pipeline to allow for a PDF to be sent? I feel like there HAS to be a better way to be doing this.
