Does zoom offer reduced rates for non-profit organizations?

I am new and having the same problem... I am unable to call the UAE, Armenia, and Turkey.  Says "Sorry, we cannot complete your call.  Your service plan does not support calling this destination."  Is there a setting I need to change, or what?I could call the US, Canada, UK, and other European countries without any issue. I subscribed to the US & Canada unlimited calling plan, $15 a month, and am using the Pay-as-you-go option to call the rest of the world.

For some reason, there isn't an "edit" option beside payment type and I am unable to update my payment info. Any solutions? Thanks!

Please help. I am relatively tech savvy but this one has me puzzled. I have the Zoom Add-On so Zoom appears as a video conferencing option when I generate a meeting in my google calendar.  I often create recurring meetings but if I end up having to move just one instance of that series, the meeting moves just fine without error, but when I attempt to join the meeting the Zoom link no longer works for that one instance that I moved (I get an error message when trying to join the Zoom link). It's so frustrating - am I doing it wrong?

I'm recording some interviews, and I'd like to edit the video with each speaker recorded as a separate file. I've checked the 'Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately' setting in account settings in Zoom and then recorded an interview (meeting), then recording to the cloud, but it is still just recording the gallery view. Is there a way to ensure this actually works? My end game is to edit the video in Premiere Pro, which is why I want the highest possible resolution video of each individual speaker in separate video files. I thought that was possible in Zoom - if not I'd love to find out what the best alternative is! And if so I'd love to know how to make it happen reliably.

Hello,May I know if Zoom has the feature which basically allows you to auto share the recording (e.g. you know the meeting will be recorded) with certain people when the recording is ready in cloud? Or is it more of a manual process only? Thanks

Good morning.  I just joined with a Pro Membership.  I have attended plenty of zoom meetings but I've never set up one or managed an account.  So, complete newby on that front.  I did get signed up easily and I set up a meeting for tomorrow.  Sent out the invitations, which I believe everyone got.  I will be hosting this meeting in a different location from my office and was intending to do so on my laptop.  However, I am unable to login to zoom with my account credentials.  When I try, it just spins.  Never gives me an error message.  But it won't login.  I have cleared the browsing history and the cookies, still the same.  Please help.  Thank you.

Do I have to have a phone extension, can I just have the direct call come through with out having the caller dial an extension? If so how do I do that? Also, can I have the call transfer to another line if I am on a call? If so how do I do that?

Hi,I've been using a Skype VoiP number as my business phone and SMS for years. After Skype's retirement, I ported my number to Zoom. My phone works fine, but I can't seem to get my SMS working. I get the same error message saying:"Make changes to the errors shown in the Rejection reason section and then resubmit.{"description":"Mobile Phone Number not supported. Must be a Mobile Phone Number that can receive SMS messages.","code":551,"fields":["mobilePhone"]}"I am also getting mixed support by Zoom. Last tech support stated that I cannot setup SMS campaign on a VoiP number, and that I would have to use a regular cell phone number for SMS, which would defeat the purpose of this whole setup to begin with. Any advice please? Thanks

When I share my screen - the screen I am sharing appears as a super tiny screen, 3 inches by 3 inches.  I cannot make it bigger.  I have tried every setting in settings.  Nothing changes.  My shared screen appears as this little tiny screen attached to the top of the screen in the middle or the bottom.

All our Yearlink T43U phones have today just suddenly started displaying a warning message, indicating that the "User default pwd is in use". All these phones were provisioned 3 months with a non-default password. I've tested the default admin password on these phones and it doesn't work, as it should. Tested the non-default admin password, and that works. Not sure what set these warning messages off. They all have the latest firmware version: 108.86.3.1

Hi,I first bought Zoom One Pro, but later I needed more participants' capacity so I also bought Large Meeting. Under my 'Current Plans': Zoom One Pro and Large MeetingsSo I have two questions:1. Is Large meeting an add-on or a license itself? Can I cancel Zoom One Pro and keep using Large Meeting or not?2. While scheduling a meeting for tomorrow, do I have to select the license type in order to have more than 100 participants? Or my all meeting will automatically be upgraded to 500 participants?

We have park buttons on desk phones, 801,2,3,4. When users answer calls on mobile app, the first Park is something like 837. How can we get mobile app to have

My Zoom recordings in Meetings have suddenly started leaving out the webcam and so, when I present a slidedeck, I am left with a recording that shows a slideshow with a disembodied voice over the top of it. It never used to do this and I have not changed any settings.I use a Macbook Air with Mac Sequioa 15.5 (24F74) and I'm wondering if it's a Mac thing. Anyone experienced something similar and fixed it?

Hello,I'll write in German, hopefully you can translate.

OS: Kubuntu (Linux), fully updated Since I updated to Zoom version 6.4, it crashes when I try to launch it.  It takes 3 or 4 tried before it finally launches. I clicked the notification to update it to  6.4.6, but my browser opens to a file on my system, and shows nothing but code. Any idea what I can do about the crashing issue and/or getting Zoom updated?

Is there a way to transfer a call directly to another user's voicemail from a desk phone (we're using Cisco 8861s) even when they are not using their phone? With our previous provider, we were able to key a zero before the user's extension and it went directly into their voicemail rather than ringing their phone line. I am hoping that this is a possible feature with Zoom, as well.

Hello,  I am getting a "the calendar credentials are either expired or invalid" error on the controller Poly TC8. However, everything checks out Green lit within the Admin Center. Anyone has any ideas?

Can I host 1 meeting on 1 place and host again another meeting to another place with another laptop using only 1 account at the same time?Is it possible to do this? I'm thinking to lend my account to one of my colleagues. And if possible, is there a specific type of account to use?If there should be an alternative host for the other meeting, should the alternative host have the same account type(Pro,Business, etc)?

All of a sudden (beginning Monday) without my having done anything in my Zoom settings, I find that when I join a Zoom meeting - as I do every day for work - I have to manually click on the "Start Video" button at the bottom left of my desktop screen (See attached screen cap 1). My video used to start automatically when I joined a meeting... now it doesn't. WHY? WHAT HAPPENED? How do I make my video being ON the default state when I join a meeting? (See attached screen caps 2, 3a, 3b) Note that I do not have a check in the box on the Video tab of settings that says "Turn off my video when joining a meeting." That option is NOT selected. So, why is my video not ON when I join a meeting? This is extremely frustrating.

My office uses the Zoom Phone System for our phone calls and I use both the desktop computer Zoom Workplace app and the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone.  In the last month, if I am on a phone call for more than 20 minutes, the audio from my end stops working.  The call is still connected and I can hear the person talking, but they cannot hear me anymore.  If I quickly switch the call to the other app (i.e. if I'm using the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone, I switch to the Zoom Workplace app on my computer) the other person can start hearing me again.  Then like clockwork, after about 20 minutes the audio from my end stops working again.  If I switch back to the other Zoom Workplace app again, they can start hearing me again.  And this just keeps repeating after about 20 minutes.  My tech team seems to think this is something with my home network/internet, but I can talk on my personal cell phone at home on this&nbs

Is there a way to set up my holiday/vacation so that calls go directly to my voicemail without ringing? Also, can someone explain the Call Handling options on Holiday List & Call Handling? Should I turn those sliders on or off? I just want the calls to go directly to my OOO voicemail.

I have Zoom Pro and am trying to schedule a meeting with a co-host. Every time I try adding a co-host I receive an error message "Unable to assign "(email address)" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time. How do I fix this?

Devices:Poly G7500 (OS: 4.4.2-434042; App: 6.4.0 (6657) )Poly TC8 (Maybe OS: 6.4.2-7000764; App: 6.4.0.3448 )Behaviour:The Poly TC8 is now stuck at searching for upgrades after booting. I did a reset on the TC8 itself, but it still is stuck. The ZDM doesn't recognize it as online or connected though it is connected and has full internet access, as well as access to the G7500 over the same network. It does not search for an update if it's offline. That's the only point where I can reset it completely or can enter it's settings at all. What happened before:The devices failed to upgrade, which I then started manually with https://us02web.zoom.us/location to upgrade to the latest version. It started to upgrade after removing it from the room and connecting it back to it.What I expect:The update to work or the TC8 to stop searching for the upgrade after reboot. What I think:Either it's bricked or needs a manual downgrade  to another app or OS version to accept the upgrade and run it fu
