Auto Share Recording

Hello,
May I know if Zoom has the feature which basically allows you to auto share the recording (e.g. you know the meeting will be recorded) with certain people when the recording is ready in cloud? Or is it more of a manual process only?

After double checking, there's no such feature at the moment

Yes and no. Yes if those people are on the account or have a Zoom account by using their email address. You may want to do some experimenting to understand the functionality.

Hello,

Could you please be a bit more specific on exact steps to make it happen?

Also I realize it may not be so clear with the question itself. So a scenario would be let's say I know there's a meeting next Monday scheduled at 9AM and I have configured it to be auto-recorded (thus a recording should be available in the cloud after the meeting finishes), I'm hoping that this recording once ready could be auto shared with certain people (or anyone who has been invited to that meeting for instance) without me manually going to the zoom portal and then click share, is that possible?

One possibilty is users with scheduling privileges can access, download, and share cloud recordings for meetings hosted by the user they represent, but they can’t delete these recordings. For other situations take time to read all of the following including hyperlinked info.
