Unable to call - UAE, Armenia, Turkey

I am new and having the same problem...

I am unable to call the UAE, Armenia, and Turkey.

Says "Sorry, we cannot complete your call.  Your service plan does not support calling this destination."  Is there a setting I need to change, or what?

I could call the US, Canada, UK, and other European countries without any issue.

I subscribed to the US & Canada unlimited calling plan, $15 a month, and am using the Pay-as-you-go option to call the rest of the world.

hi @VincentCMAX

i agree with @sparrow

here is a a couple of screen shots:

Enabling or disabling international calling

Turkey and UAE can be selected from the default countries/regions located in account settings->zoom phone.

Armenia must be selected from the special countries/regions located in billing.

thanks,  eliot

Are you using the Zoom app to make the call or a desk phone? In billing and pay as you go, did you open and enable those countries to dial? Did you also go into your user settings and enable International calling and also check box those countries?

Thank you @Eliot & @sparrow

It worked for UAE & Turkey but not for Armenia.

It does not allow me to select Armenia. The check box is greyed out under special countries/region.

hi @VincentCMAX

my mistake in not pointing out that you have to contact support to make changes to special countiries/regions.
