I have a teaching exercise that I would like to do with my class. I want to break them into two separate breakout rooms, give them a prompt, and ask them each to brainstorm ideas on a whiteboard. After they finish brainstorming, I would like to bring the entire group back together and display all of their ideas on a single common whiteboard.  My problem is that I am not finding a way to copy the contents of their breakout room whiteboards to a common full-group whiteboard. I have tried to copy and paste the contents, but this does not work (it seems that in order to open a second whiteboard, the first one must close and then I lose access to that content, even if I have copied it to my clipboard.  (Zoom Workplace running on my desktop PC) I'm feeling stuck and would be most appreciative of any ideas to make this exercise work. Thanks.

We just went through a Google Workspace transition. For the sake of simplicity, here are the details. CompanyA_dot_com was primary workspace, and my employee logged into it using name_At_companyA_dot_com  - with Zoom to connect to her Google calendar.   CompanyB_dot_com was a google alias domain in the primary workspace, but employee used name_At_companyB_dot_com as the login to Zoom. (not using Google SSO etc) I only use name_At_companyA_dot_com for all activities and don't try to connect my Google calendar in Zoom.  Yesterday, our company split those 2 domains into two separate Workspaces. CompanyA_dot_com went to a new workspace, with me in that move. My employee went stayed in the original Workspace account, where CompanyB_dot_com become primary domain. She can only connect to Google now through name_At_companyB_dot_comAt issue is this morning, when trying to log in to to reconnect her Google Calend

Hello. I am trying to update the outgoing caller ID to display our main number when we call out from our Yealink Phones (T46S). Our main number has been ported from our previous phone co. I have found the setting to change the outgoing caller ID for the Zoom app for each user, which worked fine, but that setting does not seem to carry through to the phones.  Is there a way to do this on the phones as well, or is this not possible? Even if I could add the main line to one of the soft keys so they could call out on that line, that would work -- but it only lets me add lines that are assigned to that user, and I can't assign the main number to everyone. My major concern with it not showing the main number as the caller ID is that some phones are showing it as a "spam risk" since it's a Zoom number, I assume. I'm afraid people are just not going to answer our calls. Thanks for any insight!

I am using Zoom Phone. I have turned off AI Call summarization, but I still keep getting the message "this call is being summarized" before every call.  I have checked every setting and I cannot get that script to turn off.  People are hanging up thinking it is a robo call.  I need it off.  Thanks in advance for your help!

Our organization has a Pro account with 5 Users. If User A has scheduled a meeting on Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 PM, can User B also schedule a meeting on the same day at the same time (Nov. 15, 6 PM? (User B would be scheduling a different meeting with different guests than User A's meeting). Thanks--

I've been having this irritating flickering on Zoom. If this happens on a laptop camera, I would just switch it from 60 Hz to 50 Hz. Then the problem's solved. However, I couldn't find this option on the Zoom camera settings, and it causes flicking when the camera is on.I'm wondering if there are any other options on Zoom available to solve this.

Hi guysWe are currently planning a presentation in two languages and are hiring an interpreter for it.Now we worry about the screensharing a presentation. Can it be done in two languages? Does the interpreter have the ability to display their own screen with the presentation in their language? Or is the best solution to just add two hosts and each host shares the presentation in a different lagnuage? Thanks for your help in advantage! Best,Cyrill

If I pre-record my Webinar and upload it to my schedules Webinar, are you able to do live polling still? If you are, do the participants see only their individual response or do they see everyone who answered the poll.

My admin switched me over to webinar host, but I don't see any upcoming webinars in my webinar dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for other admin's experience with the App Conversion for the new unified build flow. Our account has a few internally created OAuth applications for importing Zoom recordings to Mediasite, and we want to make sure the conversion will not cause any issues. Thanks!

I created a Zoom meeting link with my personal Meeting ID. It was used by myself and a small group of business associates. However, after leaving the group, I have discovered that they continue to use that link for their own meetings. Can I delete the meeting in some way to disable their use of my meeting account for their personal use? They simple copy and past the meeting info and share it among themselves.

I have a meeting set up. I'd like to get the zoom link and share it with the panelists so that when they join the meeting they join as panelists and not attendees. How to do that? Will I have to convert the meeting to a Webinar?

How many outgoing calls can a single zoom phone number make at once? For example, if we had a single zoom phone number, could multiple people use that number via different desktops, etc at once to dial out to different phone numbers? Is there a limit to how many outgoing calls can go out at once?

How do I make an easy registration in zoom events. Right now my events are not showing registration but instead it says go to the loby. I need for the registration page to be super easy: name, phone number , email and that is it. Any ideas of what am I doing wrong?

Multiple people within my team have expressed that they have received calls through Zoom even though they have deliberately marked themselves as 'away'. How do we resolve this?

Hello and thank you in advance for any help. I can't update Zoom and the desktop app has disappeared and I can't log in. The the application still exists in downloads. I try to download, Zoom starts installing, then the install window disappears before it's finished. I'm running Windows 7. Thanks again!

Using a Macbook Pro m2 and Office 365 - Loopback audio installed for when I do screen recordings. When trying to play a video embedded in a PowerPoint deck, the audio is not heard - by me or the attendee, it's broken and bitty, I can hear something playing but it's inaudible. If you stop the share, you can clearly hear the video through the mac speakers. When trying to share a song via the Spotify app and the ADVANCED share tab - share audio - the song is bitty and inaudible. If you stop the share, you can clearly hear the track through the mac speakers. It can't be just me, I know some of you out there have issues, I don't mean the personal ones, lets stay zoom instead of running a therapy session 🙂 If you share - using ADVANCED - VIDEO file - it plays and shares ok.If you share SCREEN - play a file from Vimeo - the audio is heard. This problem has only occurred in the last few weeks. I am losing the will to live....

Windows version 6.1.1   macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Currently, when the PC Windows client version 6.1.1  takes over a screen sharing session, the macOS Zoom Workplace  6.0.11 is not able to see the shared screen whilst other Windows client were able to see the new share. This used to work when the PC Zoom version was 5.8.

Does anyone know if there are any reporting stats available for the webinar waiting room? For instance, if we wanted to see how many people viewed the waiting room video and for how long, is there a way to access that information?

I searched in the Community. I do not see a "hosted by" in my even configure page. I am setting up a webinar and it is showing my personal name for the event organizer. I need it to show the Company name.

But still am not able to share the screen but If I login other Laptop as a host or a Participant am able to share but not in my particular Laptop .? May I know why.? do I need to check any settings .? I have restarted the browser and Laptop multiple times but still not able see sharing button option  . Kindly let me know how can get the access.?  Thanks in advance ..!

Hi All, I am halfway embarrassed that I can't figure this out, but here I am regardless.  For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to add an external phone contact to zoom so that it is visible to everyone in our company. Example:  When I type in John Doe Company in the phone app, it brings up the saved phone number for John Doe company, an employee can click on it and it calls externally. The probably is, I can't figure out how to add a new one.  If I want Jane Doe Company at xxx-xxx-xxxx I can add that to my personal contacts, but no one else in the company can start typing jane doe and have the contact card come up for them.  I'm sure there is a way to do this, but I need help figuring it out!

Hello. If I have a zoom account with two users, but I have a meeting independent of the other user, the summary arrives to both?
