Anyone? Appears to be inconsistent as only happening on 10 of our 60+ systems

No error message, the controller just gets stuck on this screen:

Hi @NocturnalDC,

Thank you for participating in the community. We’re glad to have you here. Zoom Rooms can join Microsoft Teams meetings, but it really depends on how the room is set up and which join method you're using.

A couple of things I'd check first:

1. Make sure Teams joining is enabled for the room
Go to Zoom Admin Portal → Zoom Rooms → select your room → Settings and look for the interoperability or Join 3rd-party meetings settings. Make sure Microsoft Teams is enabled there.

2. Check how you're joining the Teams meeting
If you're using the Teams web client, make sure the room setup meets the requirements. If you're using SIP/CVI, check that the Teams invite includes the SIP/CVI details and that the room is set up to dial out.

If you've already checked those and it's still not working, feel free to share how the room is currently set up and how you're trying to join the Teams meeting. That might help narrow down what's causing it.
