Hello everyone.  I cannot start a meeting with the app, I tried to run the program as administrator but the host button does not start anything. After several attempts the system offers me to host the meeting through the browser but you lose a lot of options like drawing on the meeting window. I uninstalled (also a big issue) and reinstalled to no avail. I work on windows 10. Any suggestion?Thanks.

I am unable to mirror my ipad when in share mode in my zoom meeting.  Last week this worked.  Today, even though I can find the zoom link on my ipad when attempting to mirror, I get an error message that airplay could not connect.I have a new computer with Windows 11 on it.  Is there some setting I need to adjust?  I need to get this resolved ASAP as I am in the middle of assessing a student, and we mirror our testing materials from our testing website via our ipads.

When I host a meeting I do not have this problem.When I join a meeting all of the participants and myself are seen as black boxes - even though video is ON.I've gone through all my settings and the community... and what I'm seeing tends to focus on this happening during screen sharing. I cannot see a screen share OR any of the participants at all during the meeting from the moment I join.Any suggestions? I've updated zoom and my computer.Thanks!

I enabled automatic summary generation on my Zoom account but initially kept the sharing option disabled. When I tried to share one of the past summaries with attendees, I noticed the share button was grayed out. I then enabled sharing in the settings, but the share button for the past summaries remained inactive. Additionally, when I attempted to share from the summary history, a pop-up window appeared stating I don’t have permission to share, even with my own (host) address.Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?

We host a large meeting requiring multiple co-hosts in addition to the host. Each co-host is responsible for a specific set of tasks. For example, the bouncer is in charge of admitting participants from the waiting room and removing disruptors when needed. We also have a support role for one co-host tasked with answering questions in the meeting chat (we only allow participants to chat with hosts and co-hosts for security and safety reasons). This role doesn't require admitting or removing participants, but the generic co-host role gives them this option. We need to be able to create our own custom co-host roles with specific permissions. I don't see anything in the Zoom guides about roles and permissions that pertain to Zoom Meetings. It seems you can create user roles for other aspects of a Zoom account, but it doesn't have anything to do with permissions during a Zoom Meeting. Does anyone know of any customization options that would provide a

Previously, when I clicked on "Share Screen", it would show the different options: specific word documents, spreadsheets, webpages, etc.  Suddenly it stopped and, regardless of what I had open on my computer, it only allowed the whiteboard to be shared.  It didn't matter if I closed, opened or re-opened an application or document, the only shareable item was the whiteboard. I found that for meetings which are pre-schedule, I cannot share anything but the whiteboard.  If I want the option to share additional applications or documents, I have to create an immediate meeting by clicking on "Host A Meeting".  However, it doesn't show the specific items to share anymore - just "Word Document (1)" and "Chrome (2)".  The number reflects how many items of that application I have open.  This is also problematic because if I share, I can't go to the specific document/website, etc. immediately; it opens up that application and then I have to clic

Zoom forced an update on me today. Since then it fails to recognise my video camera and asks me to pick a different one from settings. Neither camera nor settings have changed since the update. It works perfectly fine in Zoom and Skype. The camera is a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920. Any suggestions on how to get Zoom to do its job again?

We have a team in the Philippines and Australia, but the team in the Philippines is unable to send text messages from their Australian phone numbers. Why is this? How do we fix this? They're able to receive calls on the Aussie number but can't send text messages. 

I use zoom with Dell WH3022 USB headset. I clearly remember that about a year or so ago it was perfectly possible to use Zoom "Test Audio" feature during an ongoing meeting. Even when the microphone on my side was muted (!) the "Test Audio" feature would still "hear" the mike, i.e. it would hear me saying "Test test test one two three" and properly play back the recorded test sample. This made perfect sense, since it allowed me to test audio settings (especially the microphone) without disturbing the meeting. However, after one of Zoom updates this functionality suddenly got broken. Now when the microphone is muted, the second portion of "Test Audio" no longer works: it does not hear me speaking. And if I unmute the mike for testing purposes "Test Audio" will hear me, but everyone in the entire meeting will also hear me saying my test-test-tests into the mike. I recently updated the Zoom Windows app to the latest version. Now, when I try to run Zoom, I get an errormessage that the Zoom call download is not associated with the app. According to the "Setting" app, there is an association. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app, but I still have the problem. What's wrong, and how do I fix it? (Zoom works fine on my Android tablet.)

can i go back to previous version? since the update my cam freeze all the time, huge lagg and it crashes a lot HUGE CPU KILLER i didnt had this problem with previous version, it is so annoying and frustrating. is there a way to go back? I got my zoom from https://zoom.us/client/6.3.5.6065/zoom_x86_64.pkg.tar.xz on NixOS (x86_64 linux).After installation it idles at 100% CPU for a while, without starting the GUI, then crashes. I cannot downgrade to the last working version, which was 6.2.11-5069 , because that no longer allows SSO-login (see picture).Many NixOS users have the same experience. What do we do?  

I'm new to creating APIs in Zoom.   An API must be created by an administrator, which is me.  I started to create the API, but the configurations are associated with my credentials.The Zoom user requesting the API is not an administrator; their role is a member.If I grant administrator rights to this user, they will have access to all information in the City’s Zoom account.Is there another role, I can provide the member user to create the API under their current credentials?If the answer is no, if I grant them temporary administrator role to create the API and them remove administrator role, will API configurations still be associated with their credentials?Looking for any assistance to move this project along.  Thanks!

I was setting my schedule on Zoom scheduler and unchecked both days (Saturdays and Sundays), but I still see those days on my booking links. I want to hide those days.  On the instructions, it said to uncheck those days, which I have done, and it does not make any difference. Anyone of you have found a solution? Thanks.

Hello,I interviewed a client on Zoom 3 days ago and activated AI Companion.  I didn't record the meeting.  When I went to my account to access the transcript I realised that I hadn't clicked the button which enables access to transcripts.Is it still possible to access the transcript of this meeting?  I wanted to use the interview as a case study so am very disappointed I don't have a recording or a transcript.Thank you.Kate

 I am doing an ONLINE quiz in acouple of days,Only the participants( Teams) (about 6 teams of 2 each .) and  Scorer and Quiz master  will be visible on screen However I would like the supporters of the respective teams to be able to view the quiz. 1) How  can this be done? Can we do a Live Streaming?2) If  i add in NON PARTICIPANTS   Can I  mute their audio and turn of their cameras .. please respond 

zoomで会議を始めて、5分くらいでマイクが機能しなくなります。ただ、マイクのメニューで「外付けマイク」と「システムと同じ」を1～2回程度切り替えると、またマイクが使えるようになります。マイクが使えなくなると、zoomのオーディオ設定画面でもマイクは反応しませんが、windowsのサウンド設定画面ではマイクは反応しているようです。なおGoogle Meetでは、同様の症状は起きないので、zoomのみで発生しています。アプリを再インストールしたり、パソコンを再起動しても改善しませんでした。どうしたらよいでしょうか？ 

Hi All,  There are around 50 cloud recordings I am interested to pull the metadata. I am particularly looking for the duration of each recordings (to pay for the tutor). When I exported the Cloud Recordings metadata to csv file, there is no duration of the recordings or end time, but only start time is present. Can I get these data when I export the metadata on csv file? Please let me know. Thanks.
