Hello, everyone   I always enjoyed to monitor each meeting duration by checking that timer over the right top of Zoom app window, during the meeting itself.   But it suddenly vanished today. Can anyone please guide me - step by step - how to put it back? I just coudn't find it.

Hello. I can't join a meeting using computer since end of February. Before that everything was working. Now I can only use my phone. Why?Windows 11, MSI computer. 

I just found out that "No Fixed Time" recurring meetings are being discontinued.  This feature is essential to my business.  I know of many health professionals that use this feature as well.  We will all have to find a new platform other than zoom if this is discontinued.  Does anyone know of a timeline when this will be discontinued?

As an Admin, is there a way to identify the host of a Zoom meeting by the PMI in the meeting link? We have meeting invitations which appear to be sent by an outside user's email, but that person didn't send them. For security purposes we're attempting to track down whose account was used to create the meeting link.

My Video stopped working the last two weeks, have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, updated all drivers (which were already up-to-date) and all I get is a black screen for myself. Everything else is working just fine...only started 2 weeks ago...!!

I have recently set up the integration with Zoom Phone and Salesforce.  I have been doing some testing with the SMS functionality and have some questions/issues. 1. The SMS messages do not get saved to Salesforce unless I actually go into the record in the Zoom app within Salesforce.  I do not imagine my users will be using the in salesforce app very much because of the other options.  Is there a way for it to force save messages without viewing them in SF?2. The SMS messages, once saved, are not being related to a contact record.  I tested having SF create records for Zoom phone calls, and that seems to relate the task record to the correct contact, but the SMS record doesn't relate to anything.3.  You can change the task subject after the record has been created but once you have another message added to the conversation it changes the subject back to what it was originally.  Is there any way to override this?&n

Can someone be notified on their phone when is not logged in ? We have been using Skype but we can't find this setting on Zoom

I am running the latest and greatest everything.  I hadn't used my Zoom client for a week or so; when I signed in today, it updated the client. Now I can no longer turn the mute on/off in Zoom with my AirPods.  Previously, I could simply squeeze them and it worked just fine.  When I do it now, I get the error, ""Cannot control mic with AirPods Pro".  I double checked my device settings; everything looks fine.  I also checked the within the client and found nothing out of sorts. Anyone else seeing this...?

When logged as Host, in a meeting, when creating BreakOut Rooms, after selecting the room count, but before committing to create the rooms, it is not possible to change the name of the rooms. After clicking "Edit", I cannot type anything in the Input Text field. I have been experiencing excessive lagging on Zoom meetings. Every 2 minutes I have 2-3 seconds of video and audio freeze. I have contacted my ISP and there was nothing wrong with my internet. My internet is optical fiber with 300MB download and 150MB upload. I have tried a different modem and router; I have tried using an ethernet cable connection; I have tried using different Zoom data centers and nothing.  I am currently in contact with Zoom support and did everything they suggested, but nothing worked. I am trying to schedule a meeting with them but it seems that they do not understand the situation. They ask the same question over and over again and it's very tiring to repeat the same information with no satisfactory solution. I am using the free version Microsoft Teams and there is no lagging, so I really believe there is something wrong with Zoom.My account type is Pro.Has anyone been exper

Under "Account Profile", my account type is described as "Pro (Named Host)". However, when I go to "Profile", the "Zoom Meetings" is described as "Basic" and I cannot schedule meetings more than 40 mins.As far as I know, I was able to schedule hour-long meetings until November 2024. What can I do to schedule a meeting more than 40 mins?

Please help! I do not understand assigning a license and I have been paying for Pro for a month without being able to use it. I try to add my name and it says I can't assign the license to myself? I'm the only one using it. I can't call because my account says it's Basic even though I pay for Pro. I have read the articles that tell you how to do it but I don't understand what they are saying. I'm so frustrated with Zoom that it is this difficult. I've spent hours and hours trying to figure it out. Thank you for your assistance!!

How Can I Obtain Zoom Training Video Files?

I am setting up a virtual receptionist station; four users are assigned to receive the call. It always goes to the user whose last name starts with B, and if they decline it, the call ends. Is there a timeout period on when it would go on to the next person? If the first person declines it, why doesn't it move on to the following user?  I would like to avoid having an individual button for each person. 

I would like to have a feature to clear all the annotate of my drawings in Zoom apps right now, I have to use track pad to go to the 'Trash' option and then delete it which is time-consuming in Zoom meetings. It would be better to have some shortcuts using the keyboard to clear all my drawings when using annotate.

Hi, the video on zoom does not work on our new chromebook, with a black screen. Tried with zoom pwa and zoom online but still no video. Please help! I also have a mac and no issues there. 

Hello, We are holding a meeting open to our industry next week, posted this on LinkedIn with link to the registration page, and have gotten over 100 bogus registrants. Why did this happen and how to avoid in the future? Also, can I just cancel their registration or have things been compromised with the meeting? Thank you! 

Bluetooth headphones worked fine until recently. Now, when I join a meeting, I get the select join audio on the lower left. Selections are WiFi or Dial in. When I select WiFi, I get a message "you are using device audio". In addition, when I go to More..., there is a Disconnect audio highlighted in red with a headphone icon with a small x underneath.   I have gone through all the setting and cannot figure out how to have Zoom recognize my headset. I have tried on other devices and I get the same messages, so I know it is my Zoom settings. On other applications, my bluetooth earphones work fine.
