Several of our users are experiencing a problem on their Polycom VVX411 phones where the message light is flashing and the screen shows new messages; however, there are no messages there.  Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?

Want to add paging to  new poly sets being added have succesfully added it for Avaya phones using ProvisioningTemplate looking Poly sets examples ,documentation is vague. Just need to get syntax corect for Poly and what to include and what to leave out for paging feature

I have users that connect to a server via Parallels for a remote desktop. They complain about call lag when calling another Zoom user with a desktop on the server. Would Zoom VDI be a solution for them? From what I understand there is a VDI Workplace installer like the Zoom client that goes on the server and a VDI plugin that is installed to the users local machine so all VOIP processing gets done on the local laptop? 

since the AWS outage, we have not been able to provision any phones.  They aren't reaching the provisioning server.

Is there a way to disable the Zoom Workplace app from audibly ringing when it is connected to a desk phone using call control? We've recently started using Zoom phone, and several users have said it's annoying hearing the Zoom ringtone as well as the desk phone ring tone.  Is there a way to do this, or any alternative solutions that could be suggested? We use Yealink T44W handsets if that is useful to know at all. 

I have coworkers that are using Android devices (watches) that are able to see who is calling them from Zoom and are able to answer said call. I have tried all the tricks/tips on how to get this to work on my Apple Watch, but cannot get any of it to work. Anyone know if this still isn't available on Apple Watches? Thanks!

Hi All,We’re currently using Zoom integrated with Salesforce Lightning. Most of our users access Zoom on their mobile devices. We’d like to enable a feature where, when someone receives a call, Zoom can automatically sync with Salesforce to display the caller's contact information.Is there a way to configure this setup so that Salesforce contacts are used to identify incoming callers in Zoom Mobile?Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated!Regards,Afrose 

Cisco released their latest 9800 series phones over a year ago. Cisco markets the phone as, "use one device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other 3rd party cloud calling platforms. My Zoom rep has indicated that this phone might be certified in June 2025 and that it's on their roadmap but that no official ETA has been announced.We are seriously considering switching from our legacy Avaya Aura PBX to Zoom Phone. We like the Poly Edge devices we've tested however the Cisco 8800 and newer 9800 series devices seem a little higher quality and more substantial.  I personally prefer the larger buttons. Has anyone heard anything about when these phones will be supported by Zoom and other cloud calling platforms? I've look at all the providers (Zoom, Nextiva, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft, etc.) and none of them support the 9800 series yet, even though it's been out a year.

Hi, I am using a Zoom environment, I want to know if Zoom offers "Hunt Group" feature and want to know if the Call queue feature is same as the HG feature. I currently have a valid Zoom phone license to make calls and have the admin privileges. It would be nice to know more details about this HG feature.

I initially had problems provisioning our phones with our new broadband provider (Sky Business Broadband in the UK), I eventually figured out that they would provision without issue if I separated our wifi signal to separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks and connect to the 2.4ghz. (Phone wifi dongles are 5ghz compatible btw).Problem is, on 2.4ghz the phones disconnect randomly (but usually daily) - So I've re-attempted to try and figure the 5ghz provisioning problem.I presume it's router settings for 5ghz, but I don't work in IT and my knowledge only goes so far.After speaking with our Business Provider, they've now informed me our phones are not compatible with their service - only analogue phones will work.  I'm really puzzled now, I've tried support with Zoom - but they just keep emailing links to various pages on Zooms help pages or even here within the forum (not even relevant links).Anyone had similar issues -

I've been searching for an option here,  Due to the lack of choice in Wifi handsets that work with zoom and don't require us to roll out an entirely new DECT infrastructure, we are thinking about dropping our Grandstream wifi phones that have not been performing well at all and simply getting some rugged android phones and installing the app to use. I've found the discussion that you should go into the default apps and change the dialer, but Zoom does not appear as a choice to switch to, so it appears the application doesn't offer itself to android as  possible dialer application. But I found an old thread from someone asking to Un-do exactly what I am trying to do now....so is it possible?

I'm suffering from a problem while using zoom app. It's cut my phone's network in every 4/5 seconds. It's happening only while using this app only. I reset my phone network and use a strong internet connection. But I can't fixed this problem. Can anyone suggest me please. Using Xiaomi 13c phone and banglalink internet connection.

Hi All I would like to assign speed dial buttons to Poly E220 phones using the provisioning template.  Is that possible?  If so, could someone share an example of the required code? 

After the last update the zoom phone recording links are no longer available in Salesforce. I submitted a case for this and was told that I needed to submit a "feature request" to see if they can put this feature back. Not saying that the answer was wrong but did Zoom really remove this from their Salesforce integration?

When receiving incoming calls on our Yealink t33g phones the caller ID display is showing the phone number of the caller, and as soon as I pick up the phone it will display the correct caller ID name.  For example, we get a random call which will show the caller ID name as their phone number such as xxx-xxx-xxxx and then it will switch to "Wireless Caller" or whatever the correct caller ID name is after the phone call is answered.  Anyhow know how to resolve this issue to actually display the caller ID name before I answer the phone? Thank you. 

We’ve installed the Zoom Phone for HubSpot integration, but it’s not logging any calls. We also tried making calls directly through HubSpot, but the calls are not going through.

There is not currently a way to use the API to log users in and out of the call ques, if managers want to log their user in or out of a call que, I must now give them access to the administrative side of Zoom Phone, whereas if I had API access, I could make them a light weight application for them to sign their users in and out of.  Please can we add to the API to be able to log users in and out of call ques so I can give the managers this access.

Is there a way to have a standard cover page added to the beginning of outgoing faxes? Perhaps this is an antiquated practice but many individuals are likely to want to include a cover page with a fax. Certainly we could manually add a cover page to each fax but looking for a more automated solution. If there is not an efficient way to do this currently, does Zoom intend to add this feature?

Your privacy policy mentions that you sell dataWe do have a privacy policy on our website. Not sure if this is the right place to post/request this, but here it goes!We are starting to utilize the new fax cover sheet templates, which are great!! But there's one small issue we'd like to see improved. On the "From" line of the cover page, it is adding in the sending user's display name which is great. However, lots of our users in our org have various letters, designations, certifications, etc. in their display names that all have various special characters such as ®, ™, and ©On the actual fax cover page that is sent, instead of the actual symbol, the cover page has " : registered : " in place for "®" I would love to see if Zoom could update this to support the special characters themselves so that they display properly

Does anyone know how to download all phone call live transcriptions in bulk? Right now, I only see the option to copy and paste each one individually, but the system doesn’t seem to allow bulk downloads. What we’d like to do is export all of these transcripts and connect them to a Google Spreadsheet. From there, we want to create an automation that automatically adds both the call transcription and the call recording into our CRM. Can someone guide me on how to achieve this or suggest the best workflow?

I am a solopreneur and I have 2 lines which I purchased. I have 2 licenses which I purchased. I already had the 1 company setup on zoom, and with my second license would like to add the second company. However, I need the second line to display a different outgoing caller ID. Is that possible??  Also for my incoming calls would it be possible to have a prefix added to the caller id so I know which number the client is calling to so I can greet them accordingly such as [company 1] 512-512-5125 or [company 2] 512-512-5125
