Contact Labels

Does Zoom have a contact labelling option similar to Quo? We receive several texts a day, and if we had an option to label them based on priority or client status, it’d be easier to manage. If a client is active, I’d like to label them as active. If we are waiting on confirmation I can label them as Pending, as an example. Is there any work around?

    As far as I know, Zoom doesn’t natively support contact labeling like that yet. You might need to rely on workarounds like using notes, naming conventions, or integrating with a CRM to manage client status. Would definitely be a great feature to have though

    In addition to ​@James Smite answer, you also have the option of creating “Zoom Contacts” that have a “Description” field you use. You will se that pop-up with the incoming call as long as it matches the number you have stored for that contact. It is not even close to what a CRM can provide (which I recommend as well) but you can group your contacts tin eh Zoom App, you can “Star” a contact, you can add to VIP Contacts, etc.
