I figured out how to create a call queue and add 2 members. I need to add 4 additional people however I’m not able to. One person has a license but the name is not populated in the list when you click Add. The others are not licensed. Does everyone have to have a license in order to be added to a call queue - I believe I read this somewhere.I’m going in circles and cannot figure it out.

Is there a way to mark Zoom SMS (not team chats) as unread? Our company uses SMS all the time for customer service, and it would be nice to not lose track of messages. This seems to be a feature that most phone services offer these days. 

Having to go to the Zoom webpage to manage call handling, to enable/disable calling to the Mobile app is not ideal especially if you are working remotely and don’t have access to your laptop. Having a simple switch (like the call queue switch) to adjust your call handling in the respective apps would very helpful.

Hi.  I am new to Zoom Phone and trying to get it configured for a small office of eventually 3 people. What I want is for people to call a main company number 999-999-9999, hear a voicemail greeting and that says “to reach person A, press 1...to reach Person B, press 2… to reach person C, press 3,”  Once the caller presses a number, the call will be forwarded to that User’s extension or cell phone. Currently, I purchased two Zoom Workplace Pro Plus licenses.  I thought the Auto Receptionist would need its own license and one license for myself.  I’m a little confused because I have assigned one license and one is unassigned.  The main company number 999-999-9999 is assigned to the Auto Receptionist at Ext. 801.I am setup as a User at Ext. 800.  When I dial the main number, I get the greeting and when I press 1, the call is forwarded to my extension.  Is this the correct way to have it setup?  Does the Auto Recep

We have been getting a lot of feedback around the user experience of the Search By Name directory feature with Zoom phone.  It is very slow to return results and read them back, we do not have a way to remove the extension from being read back to the customer, and in some cases when we transfer from our contact center system to Zoom Phone directory we will lose audio packets resulting in the first name not being pronounced so calls get routed to the incorrect users.   I would really love to see Zoom invest some dev resources into this and look at using a speech recognition directory or allowing admins to modify more settings when it comes to the search by name auto attendant.  Would love to see if anyone else is having similar issues or has thoughts on this. 

Is there a way to delay the IVR so it does not directly go into repetition of the options available?

There is not currently a way to use the API to log users in and out of the call ques, if managers want to log their user in or out of a call que, I must now give them access to the administrative side of Zoom Phone, whereas if I had API access, I could make them a light weight application for them to sign their users in and out of.  Please can we add to the API to be able to log users in and out of call ques so I can give the managers this access.

Recently our customers haven’t been getting through to our office, after investigations, it seems that our in-bound phone line has an additional new English ascent generated message saying ‘thanks for calling (company). Unfortunately, no one is available to take your call at the moment. please leave name and number’, immediate followed by our normal ‘Hi welcome to (company), Just one moment while I will see who is available to take your call’. After the first message our customer hang up & don’t get through to the normal response thus it doesn’t ring through to our office.  Has anyone had this issue before? Our office hours have remained the same & no has changed setting for over 6 months. Can anyone help me as to what setting I need to adjust to turn off the currently activated first (new) AI voice message?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are using Zoom Phone SMS for ongoing group text communications that include multiple staff members (2 internal Zoom numbers & 1 Google Voice number) and clients (typically 1–2 external numbers). Most threads contain 4–5 total participants.We are consistently experiencing duplicate inbound messages within Zoom Phone group SMS threads. The duplicates appear only within Zoom — not on the clients’ devices or on our personal mobile devices.To test, we ran a controlled experiment using: Two Zoom Phone numbers One Android device One iPhone When messages were sent within the group thread: The personal mobile devices did not receive duplicates. Hello I have an environment with new Audiocodes 445HD deskphones connected to Zoom. Everything is working fine except, when someone presses digits while in a call the digits (touch tones) are not heard/understood on the other end of the phone. So if dialing *86 to get your voicemail you may be asked for your PIN. You press the buttons for your PIN, but the signal is not heard by the voicemail system to access it. If a user dials a bank IVR system, again the touch tones when pressed are not heard. If I dial my cell from the deskphone (while not going through my firewall), I cannot hear the touchtones being pressed on my cell phone end of the call. I have ruled out my Sonicwall as the problem because this model of 445HD has wifi to which I connected it to a mobile hotspot, outside of the firewall. I have been researching this like crazy and cannot figure out what the problem could be.

 Zoom Phone becomes dialer option and takes over default dialer option. Permissions for Zoom have not been enabled, but any tap-to-Dial number is redirected to Zoom Phone. How do I remove this feature?

Installed the updated Zoom for Lightning  (Salesforce Managed package) 2.16 but every user is getting prompted to connect  Error: "To be able to use the Zoom Phone integration please complete the OAuth in Zoom Phone Settings" When I click that link, it takes you to a "Zoom Phone Settings" page that only admins have access to. I clicked "Authorize from Zoom App Marketplace" and logged into Zoom with my SSO. All looks good for me and I can use the CTI adaptor in Salesforce.Issue is that every user is getting this error and are getting redirected to an admin only page in Salesforce. I have uninstalled (deleted everything) and reinstalled the Zoom package multiple times with the same issue. We didn't have an issue with Zooms 2023 SF package or previous versions.   

I am hoping you guys can help me.When i answer a zoom phone call, about 20 seconds into the call, the sound/mic will completely stop.This happens with internal and external calls.I have checked firewall settings, uninstalled/installed zoom and Jabra direct for my headset.I have also tried USB and Bluetooth headsets.Changed PCs. It has to be a zoom issues, but checking the call logs, the signal is not lost and all shows no problems.Everything is all up to date.All settings match on zoom and the pc settings. There is no pattern.5 out of 6 calls will do this. Sometimes cut out at 20 seconds, other times I can be on the phone for 20 minutes and it will then cut out.An error message pops up saying Microphone has stopped working properly.I can then make another call straightaway while the error message is showing and it will work perfectly.Again could be 20 seconds, could be 20 minutes before it stops working.

I just started my own small business and set up a zoom phone number.  I am still working part-time at my former job until they can find a replacement.  My former employer also used Zoom phones.   Here is the question, I'd like to connect to both systems during the workday on one computer, so I can monitor both while working.  Is there any way to do this or is the only solution to open the different systems on different computers? Thanks for any insight.

As per the Salesforce update an Admin user is required to initially authorise the connection between Salesforce and Zoom (and that user must also be an admin on the Zoom Account). However under the Salesforce OEM model the Zoom Account owner cannot be granted be granted Salesforce Admin capabilities as they do not have a Salesforce licence (OEM users are issued with a Salesforce Platform License).How do we get past this hurdle?Unlike the issue identified by Zoom for Salesforce Integration (Oauth error for non admins) | Community this issue occurs where Zoom has not been installed prior to the update.

We have Zoom phone set up and it has been working normally, but randomly started going directly to voicemail. No settings were changed and these calls are coming in during “open hours”. Not sure what setting to look at or what might be changing how the incoming calls are behaving. 

Is it possible to create a directory of our important vendor contacts for our Zoom Phone users? We recently deployed Zoom Phones, and users have requested that key vendor phone numbers be added for easy access. These contacts would include our IT support team’s direct number, building maintenance, and other frequently used vendors. I am the account admin/owner. 

I'm looking for a complete list of extensions in our company zoom account regardless of what the extensions are used for. I've looked at phone numbers in number management, users, auto-receptionists, etc. and I can't find this extension anywhere. Where can I view a list of all our extensions in one place? Thanks

Got this message from a user this afternoon. He's a VP and was extremely unhappy that his Teams meeting was being overheard by a caller. "I was on a Teams Call and a call came into ADS and the call was transferred to me. I didn’t even know it; my phone never Rang! So I didn’t accept or Decline!! Very Strange. Alan has already looked at my Zoom settings and is asking Zoom for help…" Any thoughts? Hi Everyone, Posting here to see if anyone is running into the same issues. I recently implemented Zoom Phone to replace Gong’s native dialer “Gong Connect”. There are many reasons we decided to go with Zoom Phone but in general it was because it was labeled as the only “plug and play” integration with Gong and its calling configurations/ capabilities are much more powerful than Gong’s native dialer. The issue I am running into is when Zoom Phone is turned on in Gong Engage and a call is made, there is field for reps to add call notes. This seems like a core feature for any calling platform. Has anyone run into the same issues? If so, how did you solve for it?Any feedback is welcome! Thanks.
