Unable to complete purchase – Error Code 5613 while buying Zoom Phone number

I’m trying to purchase a Zoom Phone number, but the checkout fails every time with the following message: “An error has occurred, and we are unable to complete your purchase… (Error code: 5613).”

I have double-checked all billing details (address and company information) and card information (Visa card number, expiration date, and CVV). I also re-entered the details multiple times, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me resolve this error and confirm whether there is any payment verification requirement or risk-related block on my account?

    Zoom support provides: For additional troubleshooting, please follow these steps:

    • Retry your purchase using an incognito browser window or an alternate browser.
    • Disable any pop-up blockers and extensions, then retry the purchase. You can re-enable the extensions afterwards. 
    • Review and update all payment information in the billing portal. Update or edit the Billing ContactSold To Contact, and Payment Method items, and then retry your purchase.
    • Clear the check box next to the Same as Bill to Contact in the Payment Method section and make sure the correct address that your bank has on file for this payment method is filled in. If you are unsure what address is on file for this card, contact your bank to confirm and then retry your purchase.
