Hi! Since 6.4.10.2027, and still on 6.4.13.2309, settings' screens are broken on the layout: they show half the settings like shown at https://pasteboard.co/eP6kL7lnJKmp.png   

"report/webinars/#{zoom_api_uuid}/participants?include_fields=registrant_id", account_id: zoom_account_id We are taking leave_time only if id is present in the participants response.for few users we are getting participant_user_id and id. But for few users we are not getting. Help us to understand what is the reason.

New to Zoom...Was setting up a 1:1 meeting. The participants name did not show up in the participants panel. It showed up as "Admin". I was the Host. Not sure why the Participant showed up as "Admin". Please advise. Thank you

I've been using the official Linux client of Zoom for a while on Fedora and one the most frustrating things is the misalignment of the reactions popup when the chat window is docked to the main meeting window.  It always centers over the edge which often times makes the right most emojis cut off the screen. I have to drag the window leftward in order to display them all. It would be ideal if this popup always remained inside the chat window so it never expands beyond the window.  Is this possible?Zoom Version: 6.5.0 (2465) RPM package downloaded directly from zoom.com (not Flatpak)Fedora 42Kernel 6.14.11-300.fc42.x86_64Gnome 48.2Wayland Window Manager

I hold weekly office hours in Zoom, ranging from 60 to 90 minutes. They are drop-in sessions. Today two students dropped in right at the start, talked with me for about 5 minutes, and then exited. There were 55 minutes left in the session. But because of this feature, the session automatically ended after 40 minutes and I wasn't able to re-start the session. The result is that if any students wanted to join me toward the end of the session, they can't. This is a ridiculous feature. Please fix it.

I need to know if there is a security setting whereby if I, the host, lose my internet connection, that the participants in my meeting are disabled from interacting with one another or completely removed from the meeting.  I have read other posts dating back to 2023 on this topic but there doesn't seem to be an answer. This is deeply concerning to me for the work that I do.

I have private messaging on in my profile but I still can't send private messages in my meetings which is very important when my meetings are conducted.  

When I follow the meeting link, it says wait for host but I am the host

I currently have a Pro license, and I'm running an upcoming event that will have both concurrent Meetings and concurrent Webinars. I know I need individual licenses for each one that runs concurrently, but I'm trying to figure out if I can simultaneously run a Meeting and a Webinar using the same account/email address, presuming I have the Webinar add-on.  I won't be presenting--just the behind-the-scenes administrator for all of the sessions.

Zoom 6.4.12macOS 15.5 In a recent upgrade Zoom has resumed its normal bad behavior by launching on macOS login. I do not want this for myself for my 60 coworkers. Zoom should only run when the user wants it to run. I do not see any of the normal ways to have it not run on its own. I assume if I remove the LaunchAgent it will just create it again. I thought that Zoom was over breaking macOS conventions and sticking its nose where not wanted. I've checked macOS user launch settings, the icon in the Dock, and settings inside of Zoom Workplace. When I see this sort of behavior there is no way in heck that I would consider buying a Zoom product, such as a Zoom phone system. Hopefully there is a simple solution and I'm just overreacting. But while I at it how do I remove the AI Companion ad from Zoom Workplace window?

Hi, everyone!I have a zoom file that I've  been trying to convert into a MP4 or MP3 format.It didn't start to convert automatically, so I've tried the zTscoder.exe strategy but it din't work.I also tried to upload it in my YouTube account (to then convert it) but the video was unable to process. Do you guys have any other strategy, please??* I've updated my Zoom also.

Hi all, I can have a zoom meeting on for a decent length of time, then suddenly my personal video freezes, then after a minute or 2, zoom goes 'grey' , blue circle of death comes on,  and can't control the app in any way, can't minimize even. Must use Task manager to exit meeting and close the zoom app, then when you re-open zoom all Blue Buttons are greyed out, and you can't join back into your meeting. I have tried to force stop and still can't 'join a meeting' which causes me to have to restart my computer and log back into everything, often missing vital meeting info. Plus having to do an emergency restart has caused me to lose important data .   I am not even getting unstable internet warnings or anything prior. I also have a UPS hooked up just in case of power bumps and have never lost internet due to power failure since.  I have uninstalled the app, and reinstalled / updated to no avail.  Naturally, These are major issues when trying to wo

Hi there, My team hosted an event yesterday (30th of April 2022) for nearly 400 people with the Business Account.We were a team of 24 people, 20 of them were language interpreters.Here are the things we had done before the event:made sure that the translators joined from their laptop/pc/Mactranslators updated to the latest version of the Zoom Desktop clienttranslators joined the meeting with the e-mail address they created their Zoom account with.the language interpretation option of the Zoom account with the business license was turned on with the 10 needed languagesall interpreters were preassigned and received an e-mail At the start of the event, I made sure that every translator have arrived before I clicked the blue 'start' button of the interpretation. However! When a translator dropped due to the internet issue I can not seem to reassign the interpretor again. Yes I can click on

So, this is the issue. Number one technical support is trash so I will have to look for another platform than zoom because this is ridiculous. If anyone does live streams especially at church maybe you will be able to help. We are trying to fix this audio issue where no matter what mic we use, the audio will distort and become inaudible when the church service starts going. Mainly during praise and worship when the combination of the music and the singers are going. We are trying to find a solution to stop the audio problem but every troubleshoot we have tried has failed. If any of you know a solution to have reliable audio quality please let me know. Again, the audio normally has issues once things start to get louder or even if someone shouts into the mic. Again any help would be great and thank you for your time. 

During a recent upgrade, I noticed that the notification "James is talking" (I am james) pops up in every zoom meeting when I "hide self view" and then begin to talk during the meeting.  This is INCREDIBLY distracting and makes me SELF-CONSCIOUS  and takes me out of the meeting.  In past versions of zoom (Two updates ago), this only used to show up when OTHER non-video participants spoke, but NOT the host.  This is AS DISTRACTING as having the green square highlighted on me while speaking, which is intolerable.  Is there a setting to make this go away? 

Version: 6.4.6 (53970) I host a meeting weekly. The meeting is established as a recurring meeting.  Each week, I send an e mail to potential participants to invite them to the meeting. I copy the meeting link from the zoom software and paste this into the e mail.  For the past two weeks, I have started the meeting from the zoom software.  The participants click the e mail link and get a message that the host is currently in another meeting. I do not get anyone join me in the meeting. The workaround is that I close the meeting I have started from the zoom software and click the link from the sent e mail. The meeting starts and everyone joins.  The meeting ID in the zoom software is the same as the meeting ID in the email. Does zoom work on safari (when launching zoom on browser)? What version of safari is needed to launch zoom on the Safari browser on iphone? 

I have Outlook 2019 installed on a couple of laptops.  One has the plugin installed and it works fine. The other has the addin installed and it gives an error and says it cannot login to the zoom account. As you recommend we move from the plugin to the addin how do I get the addin to work? Thanks 🙂

Hello! I have a recurring Zoom meeting set and have designated some people on my team to be alternate hosts since we rotate responsibility over the meeting. In the meeting settings, I have designated all of them to be alternate hosts. However, today, two people from my team joined and were not given hosting abilities, even though they are designated alternate hosts in the meeting settings.  Why aren't they assigned as hosts? Is there something I am doing wrong?
