Yesterday, when I was using Zoom as normal, with dual screens and my laptop, I went to share my screen and suddenly both my monitors stopped working, full stop. I couldn't get it back again on the call, but afterwards, the problem persisted. So I rebooted my computer. Now I can only use one external screen at a time. I can't use both. Both screens work independently, but when I plug them in together, neither of them works. I spent two hours with Lenovo, and we've reinstalled the drivers, et cetera, and we're trying to figure out why Zoom appears to have blown my graphics card. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have any suggestions for things that I could try at this point? Should I just reinstall my entire operating system, or has Zoom caused hardware damage, so I need to replace my laptop? Thanks for your help.

I'm trying to understand the correct size for my Zoom profile photo. It keeps appearing blurry even though I have it set at a 1:1 radio and the image was high resolution. Any advice on how to create a profile photo that isn't blurry? When I update it on the Zoom web site under my Profile it shows as a correct resolution, but within any meeting it's very blurry and looks unprofessional.

Every single time I use Zoom, it crashes my internet across all devices.I still have Wifi - I can login to my router - but no internet on any devices.This only happens when using Zoom.I have restarted my router, restarted computer and my network card, and tried splitting my connection into 2,4 and 5GHz networks. I've updated everything, nothing works.Please can somebody help me?

Hello all!A few weeks ago I had to access settings while a meeting was going on. The client shut down, I restarted it and kept on with the reunion. After this I could never again access settings. Everytime I click "settings" the client crashes. The software has been updated since then and the problem persists. Does anybody know about a solution? Any help is appreciated.Thanks. 

FullHD as an extra Zoom option (enabled for me by Zoom Support) works fine with Mac OS X Zoom Clients in both directions, but not with iPad OS in the same perfectly fine network. Both visually and according to Zoom statistic we see the differences in the video quality. Zoom for iPad OS misses even the option "HD video". Zoom support says, that this is not a problem, because the setting with HD will automatically turn on in a meeting based on network bandwidth. It is definitelly true according to Zoom statistic, but the picture coming from Zoom on iPad Pro to Zoom on Mac is not a FullHD. It is HD only.  Same network, no public routers in-between, not a mobile network.  Mac OS and iPad Pro in Zoom video chat statistic:  Mac - FullHD, iPadPro - HD only. Both Zoom pictures in full screen. Any experience with that?

Dual Monitors is not an option in my settings. I use an Owl device for hybrid classes and want to put the gallery view on one screen and have the shared power pint on the other

Given their value, I am understandably concerned about their apparent disappearance. Your guidance and support in retrieving these videos would be immensely appreciated, as it would not only resolve my current concern but also reinforce my trust in Zoom as a reliable platform.

Hello, I have a problem that really, really disturbes me so much:Sharing part of my screen to hide menus not important for viewers work but why is the upper line of green frame so thick? - It is so thick that it hides a complete line of menu of my programs for myself (see screenshot attached e.g. the address bar) and removing only works when using the "sharing whole desktop" mode.Unfortunately the sharing options "whole desktop or selected applications or selecting several apps with CTRL key" do not fit to my needs. I often want to share more than one application similar but without their menus and task bar nevertheless I have to be able to see the menus myself without limiting the content area. It should be easy to add an option to reduce thickness of frame also when using the "sharing portion of screen" mode. Please help me or do that 🙂

I use OBS to add logos to my video feed. Sometimes Zoom blurs out the logos on the bottom of my screen. It looks like it's trying to autofocus on my face or something.  Sometimes if I put my hand behind the logo int he composite video, the logo comes back into focus. I want zoom to just use my video feed exactly as it comes in, as I'm already modding it how I want in OBS.This is coming from the OBS feed so I don't think it's happening on the camera (I'm using a newer iPhone linked to my macbook laptop over bluetooth). Center stage is turned off, and there are no "blur" settings in Zoom -- everything seems to be off / default.Any ideas?

I work for a non-profit and we hold various meetings each month. These are hosted by a whole range of different people who either work for us or are members of the non-profit. It has become quite a clunky process to have so many people have a login to our Zoom account. During our conference last year, I created approx 20 different licenced Zoom accounts as we had multiple sessions running concurrently and we used host keys instead of a login. This was a much easier process although it seemed that we had to have the waiting room turned off for this feature. Is there any way to have a host key enabled but to still have a waiting room? Some of our meetings are highly sensitive so we still need this security of a waiting room. Might be important to note that we use the Personal Meeting ID as opposed to scheduling individual meetings.

Earlier this week Zoom upgraded my Windows 11 app to the Zoom Workspace app, then updated the upgrade. Currently running Version: 6.0.3 (37634). Before all this, there was a tab or something I could use to see my upcoming meetings. I could go to a scheduled meeting, make a copy of the invitation, and distribute it. How do I do that now? I don't see a Meetings tab. I see a Calendar, but that links to my Google Calendar which shows all my appointments, most of which are not Zoom meetings. Not ideal, but OK, I guess I can scroll until I find the meeting, and when I do that and open it up, there's an invitation there, but it doesn't include THE DATE AND TIME. You have to click on the hamburger menu and choose Copy Invite to get this info in the way that it took about 3 clicks to get it last week. Is there still a way to see my upcoming meetings and easily copy the invite, or what am I missing?

Camera icon with meeting list disappeared on desktop app. What is the problem? Why would you remove one of the most useful features?Why are these question not answered by  Zoom support staff. It is frustrating  reading a long list of users with the same problem and not find a solution.It disappeared after the last update.

I teach classes using Zoom. I would like to provide recordings to participants that include only my speaking and screen sharing. I understand that I can choose to record only the active speaker, but this does not quite meet my needs because I have question and answer times when a participant will be the active speaker. Is there any way to record only myself as the host? I use the Pro version on Windows. Thank you! 

Before I start the meeting, my mic works. And when I start the meeting, my microphone works but not well. After waiting other people coming into zoom meeting, I start to speak, but my mic is dead (I surely unmute my mic, and choose the right mic), I have to struggle for 1 or 2 mins by speaking repeat and after other people hear my voice, I have to start the real conversation.But during the meeting, if someone ask me a question, I reply her immediately, but they couldn't hear my voice at the beginning (like very low voice)I use zoom for 3 years, I haven't faced this kind of issue.I uninstall the zoom app and download a new version. But it is still not working.(I have tried the troubleshoot guideline)

In my Zoom meetings, my camera always shows a black screen and does not display my video.I’m using Windows 10 and have tried the following solutions:First, I confirmed that my camera is functioning properly:a. When I use Google Meet, the camera works fine.b. I checked the Settings > Privacy section and confirmed that Zoom has permission to use the camera, but it still doesn't work.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, but the camera still shows a black screen.Could you please help me find a solution? It is constantly in the top right of the window and covering the drop down window - no "x" or close to get rid of it. Makes it impossible to use zoom.  Help appreciated.

Hi,I’m experiencing a recurring issue while streaming a Zoom Meeting live to YouTube using the "Live on YouTube" feature. Problem:The video randomly flickers or flashes on and off (turns black for a few seconds and returns). I have already turned on interpretation in settings but still, when I create a conference, the Interpretation option is not there! Can someone help me figure out why my account doesn't have the interpretation option even after I have enabled it?

Does anyone have advice for the best practices for using the Zoom Meeting (not webinar) Usage Reports as a meeting sign-in for a large meeting (hundreds of people)? Registered Zoom users who are logged into Zoom will show the correct name, email address, etc., but what about participants who call in or who do not have a Zoom account? I am worried their screen name during the meeting will not reflect their actual name, and I think I understand from research that the Usage Report does not reflect names changed during a meeting. Any information and advice is welcome!

If you use the desktop client for Zoom to share music, you probably know about the “Original Sound” option to disable echo cancellation, noise suppression, and other music-killing audio processing.  You may also have realized this option is not available on the web client - so, no luck on Chromebook. It turns out it is possible to get this functionality using a free Chrome extension that I developed.  See: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/original-sound/ffhniinhbjmjakiabdojmfehdhnbcmdhI developed this for my own use but am pleased to share it with all.  Feedback welcome!

How can people in a group now send you private chat messages so you can see them all at once? The new design shows a "main chat" icon, but that's not private. If I want to see what a bunch of people are sending me, now I have to open each of their icons. This doesn't work. 

The shortcut for Clips clashes with the Adobe programmes. How can I turn it off? I didn't set it up but it must be on automatically. I asked the useless Chat Bot but the replies made no sense and I just got an error code. Some human assistance would be very welcome!
