I don’t have access to my 2FA app nor do I have my recovery codes. Virtual agent suggested resetting password leading , well ,to losing access to account completely ! The account I’m talking about is associated with email “*********** “ . Kindly send a reset 2FA form or whatever the paperwork is so I can confirm my identity and recover access to that account. 

My profile has my correct name but each time I join a weekly meeting it shows the first names of myself and my partner, probably created years ago for a one time social event.  I "rename" it every week and choose "remember" yet every single week it defaults back to these two names.Please help!!

When I leave a meeting and close zoom, it stays running in the background and messes up audio for other apps. I have to force stop it from the app settings everyone a meeting finishes. This just started happening within the last month. Any help?

The Zoom SDK has been initialized, but it has not joined the meeting. Hello,I'm experiencing a recurring issue with my Zoom display name.In my Zoom profile, my full name is correctly set to damien( ...Full first name and name). However, every time I join a meeting, my display name shows up as "damie".I’ve already tried the following:Verified that my Zoom profile (on the web) shows the correct full name.Checked the settings in the Zoom desktop app.Despite this, Zoom continues to display "damie" by default when I join new meetings.I'm using a free Zoom account, so I don't have access to direct support.Does anyone know how I can fix this so that my correct full name appears automatically in all meetings?Thank you in advance for your help!

Couldn't find where to submit a bug report, so I thought I'd start here if anybody has noticed the same, or wasn't sure how to solve it. For about a year, I've noticed the video lag hard occasionally in Zoom, and have discovered the cause. The video lags when I'm on the receiving end of a push notification, when macOS has Portrait or Studio Light (sorry, I can't remember which one of the 2, or if it's both) enabled in the green camera icon in the menu bar. This happens with both iSight camera, or a USB webcam. A colleague and mine tested, and sure enough, when either of us turn off Portrait or Studio Light, then sent the. other a Slack message, the problem went away.

Hi, I am trying to add someone as an alternative host for my meeting but I keep getting the error message 'Unable to assign (email address) as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time'   Why might this be and how can I resolve this?   In case it makes a difference, the email I am trying to add is an external email address (not within my company)   I have checked and the email address is correct and the email is connected to their Zoom account.

When using Zoom on my Mac Mini computer, I have a green 'video' icon on the menu bar which I find useful.But on my MacBook, that icon doesn't appear, instead I get a 'Zoom' text which has different functionality. See screenshots for the two menus.Menu bar with green icon Menu bar with text icon  Both computers have the same 5.17.2 version of Zoom. Am I missing a setting, how can I get the green icon bon my MacBook. Thanks for any help.

After enabling live closed captions, I see option to view full transcript but there's no button to save the transcript on the iPad. What's up with that? 🙎😠

When I mirror my Zoom screen from my Android phone or Windows PC to my TV - either by Miracast or by HDMI cable - the TV gets the video but no sound, audio stays on phone / PC. This only happens with Zoom - other apps, from my Android phone / Windows PC, the TV gets both video and audio. When my spouse uses Airplay to mirror Zoom from iPhone or iPad to Apple TV box (which feeds into same TV by HDMI cord), TV gets both video and audio. I've seen a couple other posts about similar issues with no replies. Does anyone know what is happening here? Thanks.

I want to view records, but when I try to register to view it: sometimes I can view as normal, but most of the time it returns back to register screen.It happened with multiple records, and there is no problem about record deadline.When I contact to the record holder, they said they do not block me,  I still have full access to the record.What should I do?

Does zoom meeting sdk has live transcription feature, where I can listen to an event when speaker speaks to get text while in meeting?

Hey there, I’ve been trying to integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK (Web) and ran into multiple issues. Here’s what I’ve done and where I’m stuck:Created both Meeting SDK App and Server-to-Server OAuth App — still not getting clear SDK Key/Secret access.Sometimes I get an error saying “Invalid signature” when trying to join meetings.Other times, the frontend throws SDK integration issues — the Zoom UI doesn't render or stays stuck.Occasionally I get a Zoom timeout error inside the modal (ZoomMtg UI never loads or crashes).Tried everything from official docs, GitHub samples, and SDK tools — still inconsistent results. 

I have a problem that the Zoom suddenly changes to widescreen since the last two weeks. Several other users, including myself, are experiencing the same issue. Temporarily, to solve the problem, uncheck the HD option in the video settings to restore the original ratio, but suddenly this happens again. The same problem has been reported previously.https://www.reddit.com/r/Zoom/comments/hwgqht/zoom_suddenly_became_widescreen_cant_change_back/ Regarding this issue, I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to solve it.Thanks.

[MacBook Air M2, macOS 15.5, Zoom Version: 6.5.7 (60598)] Screen Share window is angled (slanted like a book opened) and pixelated to the participants. You can see it slightly in the attached screenshot, where the preview of the window looks like a page from a book at a slant/angle instead of flat as it used to be.I don't understand this behavior for the windows to be shared. In previous Zoom versions, the preview screen for "Screen Share" was accurate, with all windows looking flat and normal as when looking at a sheet of paper straight on, not in a sort of slant or angle like it does now. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions or reasons why? I've tried with and without an external monitor, and the result is the same. Any help/advice will be appreciated.

I was hosting a webinar.  I had closed captioning enabled for accessibility purposes for the delegates.  I always mute my microphone when showing videos.  I was talking to a colleague while a video played and noticed that my words were being incorporated in the closed captions in addition to the words from the video!  HELP!  This is not OK.  If a presenter is muted, I cannot imagine how closed captioning is picking up my language.  It is very distracting for attendees and also a  privacy issue.  I absolutely double checked that I was muted and I was.  How do I get closed captioning to not record what I am saying when I am muted.  The captured closed captioning errors are also in the recording.

I was getting to the 40 minute point in a  paid for Zoom meeting that I had accessed via a browser link in Edge. During the meeting I had accessed another browser link successfully.  The screen started flashing on and off though audio was maintained.  Clicking on my touch pad only seemed to make things worse.  When I stopped clicking, I was able to hear audio and proceed with just that.  My system was fine once I was out of Zoom.  After I researched on here,  I made sure my computer sleep settings were extended,  updated Windows and Edge, then re-tested Zoom on this website..  I  downloaded Chrome as a back-up, in case it was Edge (have deleted cached files in settings on Edge)  and I've turned off video acceleration in both. It occurs to me as I write this that 40 minutes is the point at which a free Zoom meeting has to stop.  Would what I experienced

I just had to reset my mac book, now the zoom says my internet connection is not working. I have removed any firewalls and proxy. but sill not working? 

Hello everyone! I have a problem with the AI of Google it didn't make minutes of the meeting correctly. I have Tekcroft email, so can anyone tell why this happens

For the past four meetings, my iPhone 14 camera has been auto zooming out anytime I move.  I have tried zooming in again but then it zooms out again. I've been emailing support back and forth and they told me to delete the app and reinstall.  Didn't help. They asked me to set the iPhone 14 camera on auto-lock.  Didn't help. They asked me to turn on "gestures" under meeting settings.  I don't have that feature under my meeting settings. I turned off "Follow Focus" under Zoom, Accessibility in my phone settings.  Didn't help. Is anyone else having this issue???   Has anyone solved this problem?  Is it an iPhone issue or a Zoom app issue??  

I would like to send a follow-up survey to all who participated a week after the meeting ended. Is this possible? I can't seem to find any information concerning this question.
