    Hello @KF22,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We’re glad to have you here.

On the free version of Zoom, meetings are limited to 40 minutes, but you can schedule meetings for shorter durations, such as 10 or 15 minutes. However, the scheduled duration is just a guideline—Zoom will not automatically end your meeting at the scheduled time unless you manually end it. The meeting will only end automatically if it reaches the 40-minute limit.

To ensure your check-ins do not run over 15 minutes, you’ll need to manually end the meeting at your desired time. You can set a timer or reminder to help you end the meeting on time, as Zoom will not enforce the shorter duration for you.

On the free plan of Zoom, meetings normally allow up to 40 minutes, so setting 15 minutes doesn’t automatically force the meeting to end. As a workaround, you may need to manually end the meeting at 15 minutes or set a timer/alarm to keep the check-ins from running longer.
