HI!I just imported over 200 customers into my "Personal Contacts" in Zoom but now I can't find a way to invite them all to a re-occuring meeting.  Can anyone help me please??? GOD Bless you!AB

Sound echoes on my meeting even if using a microphone, or internal microphone on my Mac book.  Is there a setting to fix that?

Hello,I’ve been battling through uninstalling/updating Zoom on a handful of computers recently. I’ve encountered an issue where I’m unable to uninstall it because “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”. I’m trying to uninstall these silently and I believe if I could get the MSI for version 6.3.52884 I would be able to. Does anyone have the installer.msi for 6.3.52884? Thanks,Paul

I added a picture for my background, and now it is stuck on that! when I try to remove it and select NONE, still the same picture shows up and I have tried everything to remove it and it will not go away when I log in to zoom on my mac!!

I am an account admin. When the previous “owner” left, I added the new owner/s name and email address.  I was able to keep all the same meeting schedules and the meeting link.  However, when the new owner clicks the meeting link, it shows me as the host, not the “owner”. How do I change this?

I was with a friend and noticed what might be a recent change, but I was wondering if anyone else encountered this issue. The zoom app responds to Dark Mode on my Android Device on the main screen (start a meeting, Join, Schedule, Share Screen). But when I start a meeting, the meeting itself is always in dark mode. My participants list is black (white text on a dark background). Is there another setting or feature for this? I'd like to be able to have my meeting window in the black text on white background if possible, or at least follow the Dark Mode setting when I turn it on in Android. 1. Turn off Dark mode on your android device 2. Choose New meeting or join a meeting 3. Note that the window that pops up for the meeting is in dark mode and doesn't seem to be affected by changing the Dark Mode on the device. Android app -> 6.2.2 (24621) 

I have scheduled Zoom meetings not popup in Microsoft Outlook calendar today. Does anyone have same issue today?

May I ask if you may let others who can’t download zoom to just use the same page for the meetings.I have a problem with downloading with this device.It is the only option I can use.

I book meetings far advance, some times one to two years. Will the zoom link that I send to the client expire?

Since updating to Mac OS 26.3.1, the chat, video, and participant windows are no longer in the foreground during Keynote presentations. This affects my Mac with M1 and M4 processors. Until a week ago, before the update, everything worked perfectly, just like it had for years. I always present in full screen with two monitors. Any idea to fix this?

I cannot add/change my virtual background because Zoom crashes when the open file dialog box appears. The cursor will spin for a minute, then zoom will crash. Any troubleshooting ideas would be welcome. I have already uninstalled using the clean uninstaller tool, and then reinstalled. The problem persists and occurs on Zoom only. The dialog appears, the cursor changes to the "waiting cursor",  you cannot interact with the screen, then it crashes. It's not intermittent - it's every single time. I was able to add a background on my phone but it didnt transfer over to my pc.

Camera and Mic are not working on Zoom App and on my HP computer only. I tried all possible solutions, granted all permissions on Windows 11. But Zoom does not appear among Apps that granted permission. Both work normally with all apps even on Zoom browser. My Zoom account works properly on other laptops.This problem is new since March 23. Both Windows and Zoom are up-to-date till today.Any advice? 

Hi,I trying to help a client who uses a pre-created link to invite others to join his meeting every week at an specific time. Apparently, someone else created this link which is being shared with the people that is supposed to joining and every time for the past 4 weeks, the people is not allowed to get in and receives this message: “the host has another meeting in progress” or “waiting for the host to start the meeting”What the reason for the error could be? Please help.Thanks. 

We meet on a construction site where multiple participants attend via one device (one participant sign-in). We need to produce a record of attendance where each individual signs off (enters their id as acknowledgement of attendance) and the integrations we have trialed in this purpose (docusign, Adobe) are not working out. The AI is not accurately and reliably documenting verbal attendance. Even if we can get each person onto their own device (which is problematic when participants may be physically close together for the meeting) It has to be a simple system tied to the meeting notes, that the safety coordinator can see in one document/place. Is there a solution for this? Some attendees will always be remote.

The Home tab on the App only shows the non recurring meeting schedules under "Today". Under Recurring Meetings it has the list of meetings but their Schedule is not shown and the App does not remind me or ring for an upcoming recurring meeting when I am inactive in the desktop.  I am missing a lot of recurring meetings because the list has the completed recurring meeting also in the list for that specific day. Thanks in Advance.

Before the latest Zoom update a week ago, our organization had “all screens mode” as an option when you click the carrot on the share button on the toolbar. Now it is gone. We are a virtual school district and use it often and need to add it back. Does anyone know how to add it back? Now we have to click the share carrot, share setting and then activate all screens mode. We do not use this mode during the entire Zoom meeting so going in and out of this mode easily is essential.  Thanks for your help!

I just recorded an important zoom meeting with two speakers.  I had my recording settings to speaker view and shared view as separate files and audio files as separate files and am fairly certain I recorded to the cloud.   I have a single gallery view with two speakers that saved to my computer but I do not see in my cloud recordings the master files of the single views, dual audio files etc.  Does it take a while for these to show up or should I be nervous?

Can anyone explain why my screen goes black at random times during some Zoom meetings? The sound stays on for a few minutes & I think the others in the meeting can still see me, but then it goes completely dead and I'm logged out of my computer. I have to re-log into my computer to get back into the meeting. This happens quite randomly - sometimes after only about 10 minutes into the meeting; sometimes 30-40 minutes, sometimes never. I've checked all my computer settings, and it's set not to go to sleep for one hour, so I'm pretty sure it's not the computer settings. I can't find any settings in Zoom that could be causing this.

We typically have 5 or fewer people in our weekly meeting.  When an intruder enters and starts bouncing around (using raise hand / lower hand rapidly), we cannot “catch” him because he moves too fast.  In larger meetings, there is a Search Field at the top of the Participants List.  No such Search Field exists in small meetings.  How do small meetings’ Security “catch” an intruder if he can’t be “Searched” (i.e., if he can’t become motionless in the Participants List)?  With more intruders/bombers, this feature should be available to ALL meetings no matter the size. Thank you in advance!

The personal meeting ID has been changed by creating a new company account. You cannot change or deactivate the personal meeting ID because the old account has expired as a pro.Can we change the personal meeting ID of the new account to the old one because the company wants to keep holding meetings with the existing personal meeting ID? It says that there are already users.

I would like to record a meeting. In the recording I don’t want the participants to appear on video, but they should be allowed to have cameras on during the meeting.How can I do that?
