Recording to cloud files

I just recorded an important zoom meeting with two speakers.  I had my recording settings to speaker view and shared view as separate files and audio files as separate files and am fairly certain I recorded to the cloud.   I have a single gallery view with two speakers that saved to my computer but I do not see in my cloud recordings the master files of the single views, dual audio files etc.  Does it take a while for these to show up or should I be nervous?

    Hello,

To find your recordings, follow these steps based on whether they are computer or cloud recordings:

    For Computer Recordings:
    1. Check the default recording folder on your device:

    • Windows: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Zoom
    • Mac: /Users/[Username]/Documents/Zoom
    • Linux: home/[Username]/Documents/Zoom

    2. You can also access them through the Zoom desktop app.

    For Cloud Recordings
    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal (Zoom.us) with the account that hosted the meeting.
    2. In the navigation menu, click on Recordings & Transcripts.
    3. Click the Cloud recordings tab to view your recordings.
    4. Use filters such as Meeting ID, topic, or keywords to search for specific recordings.

    Good luck!
