Hello,I'm having some troubles with Zoom. For Zoom meetings, we use two cameras on our laptop: one built-in and one Logitech. The inbuilt camera functions properly, but the second camera is quite fuzzy when switching. I tried it on Microsoft Teams, and it works well there. If you have any ideas, please let me know.

So I've been using Zoom meetings for a long time without any issues. And then we started having problems about a week ago. I'm the host and usually I have 1 to 6 participants in a meeting. I can hear everyone absolutely fine, myself included, no echoes, nothing. However, from time to time, all the participants say that they hear echoes - echoes of their own sounds and echoes of other participants, but they hear me, the host perfectly.Anyone ever have this problem? Any guesses what could be wrong? Any help is much appreciated, because I'm just super annoyed by now (reinstalled Zoom twice already, checked everything million times, everything seems to be working fine for me, but at the same time I know that something is not okay, because this happens again and again, in different meetings with different participants)

I tried to use ZOOM in my Windows 11 PC and I cannot login because the software requires me to do an update to version 6.7.2 or higher in order to continue using ZOOM. I need to do that update but the ZOOM program asks me to do it by contacting the IT team. The message displayed on the screen is as follows: “Your app version needs to be 6.7.2 (26346) or higher to sign in. Please contact your IT team to update your app.” I have ZOOM installed also in my Android smartphone, with the same ZOOM account, moshe.goldstein@mail.huji.ac.il. The ZOOM’s version of that installation is 6.7.5 (37428). Because of that, I do not have any problem to sign in to ZOOM from my smartphone.   Until now my ZOOM account  has been a Hebrew University of Jerusalem “Licensed” account. I retired from my position at the Hebrew University and I need to discontinue the “Licensed” status of my account and downgrade it to “Guest” in order to disconnect it from my past emplo

Hi, Zoom Community,I get Zoom pop-up notifications on my Windows 10 desktop for every event on my Google calendar. I only want Zoom to notify me about Zoom events. How can I turn off Zoom's notifications for the non-Zoom events??Thank you!

Can't find an answer anywhere here, so asking the community. I have been using Zoom for several years, and over the past month or so the audio stopped working when sharing a video using 'Share Screen'. I teach English 1-to-1 on Zoom, and often use YouTube videos as part of the lesson. Before anyone asks, I have updated and reinstalled Zoom, and the problem is happening on both Windows and Mac.I have "share sound" selected, and have tried using "optimise for video sharing" as well as not optimising (never used to need to do this)I am using a Platronics mic and have this as the system audio, (as always) for mic and headphones.I thought it might be a copyright thing, and tried it with Spotify, and it doesn't work with that either, nor does it with iTunes music. It's really impacting my lessons, and it's annoying because I'm paying for Zoom yet I'm not getting what I need. It's worked for year

I am the host on our zoom mtg. I am out of town and don’t know how to have someone start meeting if I can’t. I paid for zoom account but our teacher needs to be able to start meeting without me. How do I do that? 

I tried to get into two zoom meetings yesterday (both invites from the same organization).  Identical to weekly meetings I’ve been zooming for almost six years.I was taken to the meeting site, and could see the others...but just for a brief moment.  Then a screen went up and said my device could not enter the network.My laptop is the same one that has been on the other zoom calls...and I have made no changes to it since last week’s meetings.Anyone got any advice?

Hi, I am trying to convert my meeting recording that was a 2-hour long session with a 1 partner and it is very slow. In the last 30-minutes it has gone to 4%. I have no idea where the file is going to try what the AI suggested. Is this likely to work where it is going so slow?  I really do not want to record this again so trying to help it along while it is still trying.  Guess next time I use the cloud!

Hello,Once again, I would appreciate your assistance with another Zoom-related issue.We are trying to configure Zoom so that attendees can join a meeting directly, without needing to wait in a waiting room or be manually admitted by the host. However, our attempts to disable this requirement have not been successful, or we may have changed the wrong settings.Could you please advise which Zoom settings need to be adjusted so that attendees are able to join meetings without requiring host approval?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Kind regards,

Zoom has been pretty stable for me for a long time on Fedora. I was even able to do screensharing on Wayland for a while but unfortunately it is now broken for me (zoom v7.0.0, Linux 6.19.14, Fedora 43, Gnome 49, Wayland, AMD). Maybe 6.x still works, but currently on 7.0.0When I select what to share (desktop or window) zoom crashes. Hi I am using a Win 10 laptop. I have an external Logitech webcam that is not working on Zoom. It works fine with other meeting clients like Google Meet and GoToMeeting. The drivers are updated. I have tried on different laptops and different USB ports without any luck. The problem is just with Zoom. I can see the virtual background, if selected, but there is no image.  No other app is using the camera. Any suggestions? Thanks

안녕하세요 줌 회의 진행중 화면구성과 관련하여 문의드립니다.  저희는 회의진행시 메인 발표자 1명과 참여자들이 순서대로 돌아가면서 보고 및 발표하는 형식의 회의를 주로 진행 하고 있는데 회의 여건상 화면구성을 여러발표자 모드에서 진행 하고 있습니다.여러 발표자 모드에서 진행하다보니 메인 발표자를 제외하고 1번 참여자가 발표진행후 2번 발표자가 발표하는 동안 1번 발표자가 화면의 밑으로 바로 내려가지않고 약 2분가량 발표했던 화면 위치에 그대로 있다보니 결국 화면 상단에 3명 도는 4명의 참여자가 위치하는 현상이 생깁니다. 발표를 마친 참여자가 다음 참여자로 바로 전환 되거나 발표 후 화면서 하단으로 위치하는 데 소요 되는 시간을 최소화하는 설정이나 방법은 없는지요?추가로 여러 발표자 모드에서 상단에 2명의 참여자만 고정 할 수 있는 방법이나 기능을 알고 싶습니다.  

Is there a way to make Zoom breakout room chat settings such that when an individual leaves a room and reenters the room they are able to see the chat from BEFORE they were in the room? I am not talking about continuous chat for internal organizations - these are external folks participating in an event with breakout room engagement.

Hi - I have just switched PCs (from Windows 10 to Windows 11) and have developed a new problem > when I share content on a second screen (e.g. PowerPoint slide show) my Zoom gallery window disappears on my main screen and I am left with just a floating control bar - I need to be able see all the meeting participants when sharing in this way as I often share my second screen throughout a meeting - any suggestions for fixing this? Help please!

Went back to check the meeting registration for a scheduled mtg snd It is not listed on my schedule. Where is it and why is this happening? 

When we have just a few Zoom participants everything works correctly - the Zoom callers can hear the audio from meeting room microphones and the Zoom callers can be heard in the room over the speakers. So by all indications our setup is correct - PC works, Windows setup is correct, Zoom setup is correct and connection to sound system (thru a sound board) is working correctly.When we have 100+  callers we have been experiencing an issue where the Zoom callers can no longer be heard over the loud speakers. The users are being un-muted and asked to speak - they can be heard by other Zoom callers - just not over the loud speakers.We have not tried using Host/Co-host setup which is our next step. Is there any other experience with this happening and/or recommended setup to try differently.

This forces the use of the Waiting Room and prevents participants from joining meetings freely.I kindly ask you to:— disable the mandatory Waiting Room requirement for my account;— allow participants to join meetings before the host without being placed in a Waiting Room.This functionality is essential for my use case, as I need participants to be able to join meetings without waiting for host approval.Please let me know if any additional steps are required from my side.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Best regards,

I can't install zoom workplace app in this devices , samsund tablet galaxy tab A 2016

Hi, wondering if someone can tell me how to make this recording happen, please.... I want to record (cloud or to computer, doesn't matter) a Zoom meeting so that we are recording only the 2 or 3 presenters and not the participants. I also want to show the 2 or 3 presenters (the active speakers) on screen at the same time just as they will be in real life (they are both in spotlight).  I have tried to record to the cloud but it is not showing the presenters (active speakers) on screen at same time even though they are both in spotlight. The recording switches between them. It's really important that we NOT record the participants - we don't even want them with cameras off because we don't want anyone to see their names (privacy). Is this possible and how?   Thank you so much.

Zoom training materials on breakout sessions (bottom of final page of pdf found at https://oit.pointloma.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/05/Zoom_Managing-Breakout-Rooms.pdf and included below) indicate that it is possible to obtain attendance reports of breakout rooms if attendees register for the meeting.  We have been unable to figure out how to do that - attendee report does not appear as an option for meetings, and there are no reports identified as related to breakout rooms. The only choices we see are registration and poll reports, but we need an attendee report (could be for the entire meeting - doesn't have to just be the breakout sessions during the meeting).Would appreciate any and all help with this.Thank you!!

Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!

I’m encountering an issue with Zoom  and my Plantronics Bluetooth headset for audio and microphone use. The headset works perfectly with other applications like Google Meet, You Tube, etc so I believe the device itself is functioning properly.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Reviewed and followed all relevant Zoom support articlesChecked audio settings within Zoom and selected the correct input/output deviceVerified that the headset is connected and set as the default in the system audio settingsUninstalled, Installed, Restarted Zoom and my computerI show the green bars when conducting the testing but I cannot hear the sound or recordingSystem: Window 11PC: Lenovo ThinkpadDespite this, Zoom does not play or capture audio through the headset.Do you have any additional troubleshooting steps or suggestions? I am taking a class via Zoom, but I do not want to download the app to my laptop. I prefer to use it in the browser window. However, I cannot find a gallery view option in the Zoom screen. When I open the settings, there is nothing there, nor is there the icons in the upper corner like I used to see in the app at my old job. Is there no option of using gallery view when on your browser? It is very distracting to have the speaker constantly changing any time someone coughs or moves their chair or something.
