HOW TO TRIM A VIDEO AS OF NOV 4th 2026 WITH NEW SYSTEM?

I am on CHAT now...after HOURS trying to use a NEW SYSTEM that was shoved at us.

NO POLLS, nothing BROKEN but ET’S FIX IT AND DON’T TELL LOYAL CUSTOMERS HOW TO USE IT!

SHAME!

I am a PRO at the old system and was told NO GOING BACK.

I used to press TRIM, adjust the start and end to trim off waste, CLICK TRIM AND DONE.

15 seconds MAX.

the blue and purple markers???? HELP.

Same. The amount of time wasted is ridiculous!

I agree!! The old system worked perfectly. I’m stuck with the new system.

Did you manage to trim? Any help gratefully received.

So, trial and error. I think I’ve figured it. Use the purple line/ marker to mark where you want to trim. Then move the blue marker to it. Do the same at teh end of the video. IT needs to be the flat vertical line of the blue marker that marries up with teh purple line. Saying that… I’ve ‘exceeded’ the amount of times I can trim/ restore so now have to wait 12 hours to see if this has worked 🙄
