I have connected an external camera with audio to my laptop USB.  I can see picture.  I can see audio mic is working but I can not monitor my external mic.  If I do a zoom meeting others can hear my audio but I can not.  I want to be able to check that the audio is OK. Other programs easily allow me to monitor camera audio but ZOOM is not letting me.

If I am the host, and attendee requests recording of the session and I accept, and recording starts for that session, after the session where does that recording go? As host it is not in my cloud or local storage - does it get  shared with the attendee? Thanks for any feedback!

I've been having this problem for months, but today I upgraded to version 6.2.3 (Linux, Ubuntu) and it got much worse. I was recording a Zoom meeting and I noticed lag when writing on the whiteboard. I opened `htop` and saw that Zoom was using the CPU at almost 100%, ALL the memory (that's 24 GB) and also all swap memory (2 GB). I was forced to kill Zoom and restart it. This makes Zoom practically unusable.

I run zoom for a church with 5 cameras and 6 microphones. Is there a way to make it easier to change cameras and mics rather than clicking on the little arrow and scrolling to the right device?  Can I sync them so I can change the camera and the mic automatically changes as well.  I would rather not use  a secondary program like OBS. 

I am using New Outlook.  When schedule a meeting, it opens the meeting invite in the classic outlook.  However after clicking "Send", the invite does not go out until i later open the Classic version of Outlook.  Is there a workaround?

When I'm in a meeting with several participants I like to keep Zoom in Gallery view however every time someone starts talking for more than just a short comment, it jumps to Active Speaker mode.  How do I stop that from happening?!?  I chose Gallery for a reason, why is the program deciding I made the wrong choice?!

Meine Meetings werden nicht mehr angezeigt. Also der Ordner "https://us04web.zoom.us/meeting#/" ist komplett leer, ich kann auch keine neuen Meetings anlegen. Auf dem Handy sind sie noch sichtbar. My meetings are no longer displayed. The folder "https://us04web.zoom.us/meeting#/" is completely empty and I can't create any new meetings. They are still visible on my mobile phone.

How to download cloud session on your pc in a single video?  i have 10 different sessions on cloud and i want to share that on you tube channel as a single video but still its showing 3 to 4 files for one session...

I installed zoom workplace and none of my saved chats, uploaded desktop background photos or any of my works in the past 3 years returned. tried a system restore to an earlier time. Nothing returned. Can you help me get my settings back? I hate losing 3 years of work and a lot of effort to personalize my zoom!

To be clear im not talking about the "join zoom meeting page", theres another page thats specific to my company that opens up. i assume theres something in the settings to prevent this from happening? its annoying constantly having to close it

Hallo,  ich habe eine sehr gute Webcam und einen sehr guten Bildschirm (Hardware ist auch top) Zusätzlich habe ich die Videoqualität auf HD eingestellt. Trotzdem ist die Videoqualität im Vollbild pixelig und schlecht. Ich möchte die Meetings aufzeichnen. Doch die Bildqualität ist echt schlecht und in der Aufzeichnung sehr unansehnlich. Wie kann ich die Bildqualität von Zoom noch verbessern?  Vielen Dank für hilfreiche Tipps und Ideen.  

HelloI there any way to have both a document camera and an ipad connected to zoom at the same time please?

We are connected to zoom via hubspot. and meetings are scheduled through HUbspot into Zoom. It has worked fine for years. But all of a sudden some of our meeting emails (the automatic ones sent once raised) are missing the zoom link. It seems to be sometimes the link is there and other times it is blank. Screen shot showing where link should be. Like i said sometime it happens sometimes it doesn't, so i have ruled out a setting issue 

Hello together,  I want to start a Zoom meeting, where the other participants (except the host) can't see how many other people are in the meeting. But they should be able to use their microphone. Is this possible?Thanks for your help!

I just updated my Zoom, but it won't let me click on the avatar, I don't know why, any ideas how to fix this.   

I am using Zoom Workplace 6.2.6 in Ubuntu/ Fedora. My client connects from a Windows laptop.When I edit some documents through Screen share by controlling their screen. My keyboard shortcuts are not working like ctrl + c, ctrl +v , ctrl +x or ctrl + s.But these shortcuts are working when i connect from Windows to windows.I have downloaded the .deb package from Zoom website. Am not using snap version

In Zoom meetingFrom Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or meeting link before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.but when checked with host, he joined the meeting.they were not able to connect on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.any suggestions?

Joined a zoom meeting on basic service. Could not see myself on my screen. How do I fix that? I am an Apple person.

I had a recurring link for Zoom meetings within our faith community.  I had meetings scheduled out until the end of 2024 or into 2025.  These meetings are no longer showing up in Meetings tab under upcoming or previous.  I do have the meeting ID.  Is there a way to create new meetings under this same ID for the future?
